Zoo Med Wood Tortoise House

Pretty well made. Went together easily. I made a couple minor alterations but otherwise it was good to go. I did coat it with Man O War Spar Varnish to protect the wood also. So far its great and the little guys love it!

Great size for my box turtle and very easy to assemble. With one side covered with solid lid and the other with wire, I am able to place heat/uv lamps at a desirable distance from the bottom.

Worked out well for my sons tortoise. It’s big but not too big. Easy to put together. Great tortoise house.

It ok wood little clip and it crack when I Screwed it together. But it good

Our tortoise seems very happy and settled in here. I like that the hide is so big for her. A vast improvement over our previous enclosure, where she circled and scraped all the time.

The over all product was good, but there were so many things that had to be redone or filed off, I was very upset, my husband and I are in our late 60s and for what we paid, we expected a better product. We had to find someone to come in an redo holes and file things off. It was very frustrating. I will be carefully if any of my friends, who also have tortoise, want to get one

Directions were generic but the whole unit was easy to put together despite some of the pre drilled holes not being lined up correctly. For the most part a pretty good item just dont expect great workmanship.

These are awesome. Weve had one for a year and now getting a second one to add to the first. They work well and hold up. These arent big enough for most tortoises unless theyre young. Ours outgrew it in a year and in another will outgrow 2 together.

I love love love this. It arrived the day after I ordered it and it was not warped or anything. My dad helped me put it together in less than 30 minutes. I strongly suggest using a power drill/screwdriver as I cant imagine how difficult/time consuming it would be using a manual screwdriver. The directions were easy to follow and it is simply beautiful. Much more room for my Russian Tortoise and he is so happy which makes me happy! I would repurchase and recommend to anyone looking for an indoor home for their tortoise.
