> 3 dayThe product is fine, the Amazon connection is TERRIBLE. When you buy an ASUS product from Amazon, if it is shipped from someone other than Amazon, ASUS starts the warranty clock when the shipper orders their supply !!!! I originally could not even sign up for the warranty because the serial number had already been claimed by someone else. I finally was given a warranty date 6 months shorter than normal because of the time my unit sat on the shelf at the shipper. I complained, and ASUS cut off another 6 months of warranty! I complained some more and got back the original 6 months shorter warranty. Total amount of wasted time .... about 3 or 4 days with a bad outcome.

01-11-2024First one died in 4 days, neither the 2.4GHz LED light turn on nor it will broadcast any of the SSID. Called ASUS support they said to replace it after an hour of troubleshooting. Amazon sent the replacement in no time, reconfigured it and working so far since couple of days, shall update if I run into further issues. Configured as Smart Connect (Dual-Band Smart Connect) which will auto change between 2.4 and 5GHz depending upon signal strength and device supportability. I have couple of older ASUS AC66U-B1 routers, shall enable Ai-Mesh feature and see how that works.

> 3 dayI lost my network. I had to physically connect printers that worked on my network. I could barely understand the fellow from Asus customer service. His accent was extreme and I had to ask him to repeat himself many times.

> 3 dayVery disappointed in this router. All of my routers have been Asus and I have loved them! That being said this routers wifi signal is extremely unstable. I have a smart home my light switches and tvs are constantly dropping connection which is very frustrating. This is an expensive router and while the signal is powerful... It doesnt do any good if it continually is dropping the signal or slowing down to an extremely slow pace. I am constantly having to switch between 5g and 2.5 just to see which one is deciding to work in that moment.

Greater than one weekASUS makes great routers amongst other stuff. But I after trying this router I realize that WiFi 6 is still in it’s infancy. Firmware and hardware still not delivering on it’s promise. Not ASUS fault just think that more time is needed to perfect WiFi 6

> 3 dayThis router was very easy to setup and has been very reliable. It has 8 gigabit ethernet ports which allowed me to eliminate an ethernet switch. The WiFi 6 wireless is very fast with low latency and noticeably stronger signal at longer distances. I would definitely recommend this router to friends. The only negative is the relatively high cost.

> 3 dayI had a lot of Asus products but this router SUCK!!!! Dropped connection wired and wi-fi over and over. Firmware updates but it still is not working right. Stay away from this router until it is fixed. To pay all this money to have issues after issues with this unit is not right. When it works it is good but you do not know when it will drop your connection.
