My cat easily knocked it over and the top popped off, spilling the food everywhere. Not good for a motivated, hungry cat.

i do like the fact that it is almost indestructible when it comes to an unruly cat who won’t stop messing with the feeder and knocking it over, however, it never tells me when it runs out of food or when it’s low like the older model, which i assumed it would. i’m kind of let down and if i don’t pay extra attention my cat may go without food. as a busy cat parent, this kind of defeats the purpose.

Nice a sleek look. Easy to program. My cat is too smart for this feeder though. He pretty much bullied it and unplugged the machine from the wall and he didn’t get fed on the times programmed. Sucked for him!! It does have an option to add batteries. Which was perfect for this trickster. I would say this is a good quality brand.

I like to troll my cats now, when I recorded the sound of the machine, when the time the food is distributed, and now I play that sound and my stupid cats RUN towards the feeder, no matter what they do at the moment. Hilarious! Love that! Only one issue is the electrical part.. when I’m away and bad weather is in town, the timer recesses and food is not distributing

Well, after few months. I had a problem with the feeder. One of the button was not working anymore. It was too late to send it back to Amazon. I contacted the seller and the customer service was great. I sent them a video of my problem and they sent me a replacement. So everything is good now.

This does exactly what I want it to do. After a few deep breaths and about 10 minutes, I was able to figure out how to program it. The programming instructions leave much to be desired (hence the 4 stars).

This is me and my partners first time owning a cat, and we got her this automatic animal feeder. I can’t imagine having a cat without this thing anymore. It’s consistent, it’s convenient, and it’s so easy to program. I love it, I think it looks really cool, I think the cat likes it but the cat also probably doesn’t care. Incredible to be able to give her perfectly portioned meals every day, multiple times a day, at the exact same time every day, without ever lifting a finger. Really easy to clean, I love it, can’t recommend it enough

Looked like a great product when I opened the box, but I knew immediately that I would have to return it. I planned to place it in a metal cage to protect it from raccoons and the cage was 13 inches high. Product description says length of this product is 17 inches, but that is incorrect. The HEIGHT is 17 inches, which means it would not fit in the cage. Description needs to be corrected.

We got this for our one year old indoor/outdoor cat when we are out of town and set it up with four mini meals of 2 portions each. If you just dump a bag of food into the unit, any powder will ne Likes: Secure lid, metal dish, reliable operation. Dislikes: Hard to press buttons, have y through menu one field at a time, which seems like a 198o VCR.

Works as expected, packaging was nice. Easy to set up and use. Only drawback is figuring out portion sizes but not a huge deal.
