Lixit Critter Space Pod, Perfect for Small Animals (Small)

Really nice, big enough for two rats as they grow, they can make a bed in the bottom with stuff and still have room, I gave this four stars because you had to put it together first and it is kinda hard to get it to snap into place but besides that it is nice and big and rats love it.

I just got this a few days ago for my hedgehog. I really like it because the triangle legs fit well for corner placement. Its a bit of a tight fit for her, but she seems to prefer it that way. Really easy to clean, which is a plus. I havent tried hanging it from the top of the cage, but from the ground it is great. Not sure about IRS durability since I just got it, but its the best housing Ive gotten for her so I wont mind replacing if need be.

Best little space pod ever. My ratties absolutely love these things... they make little nests in them and try to hide.. some of them try to fit as many of their siblings in the dome as possible. Great purchase. Mine always hangs from the roof.

my baby bunny Nygel Thornberry loves this thing. I wasnt so sure when I first got it how he would react to it, but it only took a second once I put it in his cage for him to jump right inside of it after I placed some Timothy Hay inside of it so it wasnt plain plastic. I would have given it 5 star review, but the little tabs that keep it together are a little sloppy and so be careful while moving it around or it pops apart. other then that its awesome.

I have two female rats who love to lounge around in hammocks but one would always chew them up to the point of rendering them completely unusable, leaving them to sleep sadly on the shelf until I bought or made them a new one. This has been great... they dont chew it so I am not constantly replacing hammocks, and it is just too cute to see them poking their faces out of it.

My two rats adored this product, they sleep in it every night despite several other sleeping options. They even make a point of not peeing or defecating in it, which astonished me because theyll pee in just about anything. Super neat design, can hang from the top of the cage or sit on the ground. Sturdy, despite being moved and cleaned several times it hasnt shown any sign of breakage or cracking like plastic often does, its a durable plastic. My rats havent chewed it either, but they arent as destructive as some rats so I cant testify to its chew-proof ability. Will definitely buy again if this one breaks or if I get more rats or maybe just because its so cool I ought to have two. Colors are also the same as shown, in case anyone was wondering.

My rat babies love this and it is very versatile. Havent had any problems yet, but I took off a star because the two pieces separate too easily by hand so Im scared to hang it from the top of their enclosure.

We hang this from the ceiling of our rats main cage, and also use it on its three feet when we put them in their alternate cage. They are always hanging out in it, and even as both our ratties have grown, they still often find a way to both fit themselves into the large pod. Sometimes both of their heads will poke out of the same opening, other times they face different ways and we get a big laugh when we see them tucked in that way. If there is one thing both of our rats have immediately liked, and still use every day, even after a year, its this item. Im planning on getting a second one for the second cage, since the ratties like to line the pod with scraps and get annoyed when I move it around.

My dwarf rats really like this crazy little pod. It is pretty small I don’t think a standard rat would fit. So check and make sure you order the right size. I also have the larger size for my regular rats. Overall it’s a favorite spot for the rats A few of the pods I’ve had a couple years they are durable and can be hung from top of cage or sit on floor. None of my rats have chewed these much so they have lasted and been worth the price.

I bought one of these for my pet Rats (I have four) and they and I loved it so much that I went and bought another one! Now they have two. Lol Its definitely one of the easiest things to clean as well. The only thing that I didnt like is its not as big as I thought. If you have more than two grown rats then you should really consider purchasing one more. Especially if you have adult males. Besides that, I absolutely love it!
