> 24 hourPurchased 860 EVO 500. Appears to be working just fine. No problems so far after a couple months use. I have not run tests so I can say nothing about speed or anything like that, just works as expected.

> 24 hourWorks really well (for 2 years now), nice and quiet and fast. Great for listening to music and not listening to a bunch of slow, spinning discs making noise in the background. Mounted in an noiseless external enclosure.

> 24 hourSimply one of, if not the best, hard drives money can buy IMHO. I have one in every computer (6) I own. Yeah, you could find cheaper, but reliability and performance is unmatched. Samsung has an easy to use interface which allows you to configure settings to your preference. You cannot go wrong with this drive.

> 24 hourI bought the 2TB version of this drive to replace the 5400 rpm drive in my Acer Nitro Black Edition laptop. And boy does it make a huge difference when playing games (faster startups, faster load times)! I was pleasantly surprised at the read/write times running CrystalDiskMark, even after transferring 600 GB of data to it. My only complaint thus far is the data migration software that I downloaded from Samsungs website. It only allows you to migrate from the OS drive (which in my case is an M.2 SSD, which wasnt what I was wanting to clone). I wound up using Mini Tool Partition Wizard to clone my mechanical drive to the Samsung drive (using a SATA to USB-C enclosure). Installing the drive was pretty simple, in that I didnt have to fiddle with BIOS settings to get it to work, and it fit in my laptop perfectly.

> 24 hourThis is a very good SSD. I recommend it to all of my computer customers. The most obvious benefit of going from an old HDD to an SSD is the boot time. Whit the old HDD boot took about 90-120 seconds and with the new Samsung 860 EVO boot time is reduced to 15-20 seconds running Windows 10 Pro.

> 24 hourWorks like a charm. I had a smaller SSD which I am using as a backup and this new drive is my main C drive. I also have a 2 terabyte as storage.

> 24 hourAbsolutely no complaints. Plenty have left more in depth reviews so I wont type a wall here. For the price its hard to beat especially if its on sale which it often is.
