Motion Pro 08-0470 PBR Chain Breaker

Good product.

Dont buy cheaper. I used cheap versions and the pins will bend. This is a sturdy tool and worth the extra.

Ive heard a lot about the cheaper tools breaking after one use. This Pro Motion (as with all my Pro Motion tools) worked perfect. Directions were clear, but could be simplified (Pro motion please hire a graphic designer) Installed a 525 DID chain and the riveting part was done according to directions. But... I do not know if I didnt correctly which is pretty scary.

Good tool, much better than the cheap cast sets that break.

Great tool had no issues and very easy to use.

Works so far. The handle feels short and Im not sure if this tool will last very long.

The tool will break a chain fine, but it will not rivet correctly and the handle broke clean off first time using it, it damaged my chain and just overall is worthless for riveting. unfortunately I cant return it on here so Im going to try to contact motion pro.

Worked great on my DID ERS2 and ERV3 520 chains

Lube and follow directions. It does the job.
