Meta Portal TV - Big Screen Smart Video Calling for Group Calls on Your TV

We love our TV Portal! We already had the smallest Portal and since the pandemic hit, it has been a fun way to stay in touch with our kids and play with our grandchildren. For Christmas we upgraded to the TV Portal and now we feel like they are all in the room with us. We even bought TV Portals for their families. We don’t use the Alexa integration, and have not needed any tech support. The TV portal does not have a touch screen, but the touch screen on our small one worked well. We have been very happy with both of our Portals and have recommended them to other members of our family.

I called Portal and they’re not helping and they said there’s a software issue with them what’s up with that I bought this product and now it’s not working properly

We have ours cycling through photos from both accounts and can use either persons friend list for calling. Looking forward to Zoom integration to improve our Zoom laptop camera situation.

This drops calls every minute even though I have the best wifi and its right near my router.

This is amazing. I tried out a different video frame before for my 95 year old dad, but it was a bit to complicated for him to use. I thought Id give the Facebook portal a try and it has worked out better than I could have imagined. I love it so much I bought a second one for myself.

For awhile it kept randomly restarting but it has stopped doing that and now works fine

All features are great

Awesome to use around home and be able to easily visit with family and friens. Zooms in and out on focus. Works great with what I use it for being disabled.

On the hardware side, it is excellent, both in design and quality. On the software side, it is not available to use multiple devices simultaneously, like Google Home speakers.

I have a regular portal, but this portable one is also very good.
