We absolutely love this device. We put it in my parents house and we can enjoy videocalls with my sister in Canada. It captures audio very well and its amazing how pans and zooms depending the number of people detected in the frame. WhatsApp video-calls are much better with this.

We have purchased 4 portals for family. They are amazing. But, they could be even better with just a few features. They could drop in on an elderly family member to talk, or just listen, but as they are now, the family member must be capable of pressing the answer button, and hearing the ring. They could show camera video like some Alexa devices do. I hope someone is listening...

This is an extraordinary product, I highly, HIGHLY recommended!

There is NO customer support. Set up with 2 portals was a nightmare and wouldn’t connect with Facebook and I had to return them. I done! Awful product, great idea. If they had customer support it would be different
