That even when you pay for a warranty and something doesn’t work on it or maybe like mine the remote stopped working there’s no way to repair it have a hard time trying to get them to understand and help you with it I bought five and so it took me a hard time to get a replacement but I want it all I got it I’m happy that’s a great thing to help especially during these times when you want to keep it with your family and your friend I have friends all of the United States and so I love it OK thank you

I got mines today. I have the 10 in my office but I wanted one in my family room. I love it. A great buy!!

This is a great product for the advertised features. But, facebook should open the product to install APK or allow other apps that we can use for Work related communication apps.

OK, I changed my rating to differentiate my review from all the people who didn’t read product descriptions. Here’s the full story - I’m conflicted - I bought 2 more of these when prices dropped to $49 because I love how well they perform when they work. But I just received one that wasn’t even repackaged correctly - box not sealed, remote sitting outside of its packaging slot, no wrapping around the portal unit or cables. If Meta is going to sell me a used or open box product, I expect them to identify it as such. Also - there are a number of these for sale on eBay - all without Remotes. That was the problem out of the box - remote would not turn on and connect with the Portal. So zero stars for packaging and sales. But at least 4 stars for the device when it works. This was a gift to my daughter. I am still waiting to hear her feedback.

If you like to make facetime calls with your family, this is the best way to do it! You get to use the giant display in your living room, aka your TV and the panning and zooming feature is awesome. No more holding your phone why facetiming

Absolutely love this! I was disappointed at first because zoom was not supported but now that it has been added I am very happy. I use it everyday. Im love being able to switch easily from watching tv to zoom or fb calling my friends and family. Also, storytime with my son is pretty awesome.

We bought this unit for our elderly mother in law who lives in another state and is not tech savvy. It was supposed to be a plug in, log-in, and start video chatting easy start-up. Boy were we mistaken. 6 phone calls with the mother-in-law, and 4 tech support people later, were supposed to recieve an new device, because the one they delivered is faulty. There is no way in hell Id ever willingly pay good money to be subjected to stressful phone calls troubleshooting blind with MIL between multiple tech support people for an entire evening. I hope the next one they send isnt a piece of garbage like the first one was.
