Meta Portal TV - Big Screen Smart Video Calling for Group Calls on Your TV

I bought these so I can watch my new Great grandson grow up while I can’t be there. Having so much on Portal! Great product!

It is really great

No proper manual for documentation. The remote freezes and stope everything. Remote hard to operate. It is too small and cheap. Thats a disappointment. It took me hours to put my login password in for Wi FI. I am not returning it yet until after getting some customer support.

...they improve the sound quality (very bassy), update the software so you can move around the secondary screen to different corners and allow user control of the zoom and pan feature (auto vs user.) The latency is very good and picture quality is impressive - I hope for improvements in the software soon... great concept!

Great tool for communication.

Tightly coupled to have Facebook and all access to make it work, Apps dont work without login and permissions. Also separate logins with Whatsapp and Facebook dont work properly either, so much of nightmare. VIDEO does track and move, however the apps such as Photo Booth etc, dont work well and the camera looses track of person consistently. Further there is no YouTube app another missing feature.

For the last 3 days the portal has disconnected. Don’t know what the deal is with the portabito I’ll give it one more week before the return. I have the highest connection speed so that’s not the issue. We just use it for Alexa, it might have to switch to the echo. Just seems to have less issues.

Needs to be cordless.

Happy with the device and service delivery. It was easy to install. Liked the quality of the video and also the fact that the camera made sure that all in the room are seen and can be heard early. What I didnt like is that it is not compatible with my Google home and its only Alexa friendly. But overall its a great device.
