I am a fly fisherman. When I am not at work, I am either sleeping, fishing or planning my next fishing trip. I am typically going to places far away from cell service and off the grid which very often results in an angry spouse because I have no way of checking in periodically or letting her know I am alright, especially when an unforeseen delay arises. This little device allows me to stay in touch with friends and family along the way and is hands down the cheapest life insurance policy money can buy - because if God forbid I ever truly was incapacitated, help is just one SOS button press away - no matter where I am, anywhere on the globe. I cant believe I did not make this purchase earlier. Do yourself a favor and buy it, right now.

Without an external battery the battery life is not very long, the tracking is not very accurate. But the ability to send and receive messages while afield is indispensable

They offer 2 plan choices at 3 levels.

Theres a bit of a learning curve with this device, i.e. syncing your Inreach Mini with your smart phone and your Garmin Web Account. Having said that, its a great little device and does what its advertised to do. The Bluetooth connection is great.

Hands down the best thing ever

Un must per chi va in giro da solo in montagna o posti dove comunque non è raggiungibile. Da tenere presente il costo dell’abbonamento alla rete iridium, che è piuttosto oneroso

I love this device and take it everywhere when I travel. Only thing is prescription fee. Signals sometime not work if you are inside of building. You will probably have to charge this device every night.

This product can be a lifesaver. Works great

Battery sucks ( battery died during three day camping trip ). Buttons are difficult to press. Menus are not intuitive. Terms are not intuitive ( not sure what is free and what isn’t covered in your plan )

I used it for a week, then the battery stopped charging. Now I own a $330 paperweight. Unbelievable. This is supposed to be a life saving SOS device, what a joke.
