> 3 dayUsing this as a secondary connection for my Asus router with an extra data sim card I had laying around. It works fantastic! Ive set up my Asus router to use the Sim card dongle as a fail-safe when my dsl goes out and it has worked flawlessly the three times our DSL has gone out, switches right over to the dongle and internet is right back up over 4g LTE in a minute or so. As soon as the DSL comes back this dongle goes into standby mode and just waits patiently until its called on again. Im using a T-mobile sim card in this dongle that has unlimited data. Its an extra we have on our family plan and its now being put to good use.

> 3 dayWorked great for me. Have it connected to my Joying Android head Unit in the jeep. Had to root the unit to be able to use PPP3, but it definitely does what it is supposed to do. Took away one star because it takes quite a bit of time for it to dial out and connect. Other than that gives me exactly what I was looking for. I dont have to use my phone as a hot spot. Have this connected for data and the phone connected for BT / Phone

> 3 dayMy backup for my recently troublesome TWC/Spectrum internet service... Took the Google Project Fi data SIM card and a mini adapter (to fit the SIM card to the slot) and everything that I need can bypass TWC... Project Fi uses T-Mobile.

> 3 dayEasy to setup, speed test speeds similar to my Note 8 on T- Mobile. You do need the latest sim card for it to work. Economical way to add 4g lte to existing notebook.

Greater than one weekRequires some really poorly designed Cricket branded software on Mac OS X to work. Could not get it to work with a t-mobile sim. Had lots of trouble finding useful technical support information on the internet.

Greater than one weekI purchased and tested several USB 3G/4G modem from Amazon recently, and this is the only one that works in 4G/LTE network. The modem is recognized as a flash drive in Windows 10 with a software. Just install the software and insert the sim card. You are good to go. The speed is 5~6 M/s downloading and 5 M/s uploading, which is enough for my work.

> 3 dayI am using this device in the USA with a T-Mobile M2M SIM. I tried to test it in a PC before installing it in a Peplink router but was unable to make it work. However, the end application was to enable the router for OOB control and low data rate back-up and it worked perfectly.

12-11-2024Works with Tmobile SIM in USA no issues. Im not using this modem in the traditional sense. I have it connected to my computer at home and use it to send/receive automated SMS messages using AT commands using Linux.
