Used for lighting outside and inside of boat. Dimmer than I expected. Tape for strip was coming off with paper. Then tape doubled up creating gaps. Overall product is satisfactory unless it comes off while traveling down the road. Amazon delivery was speedy but poor. I was by front door all day. I kept checking every half hour. The delivery service dropped off package WITHOUT knocking or ringing the doorbell. Anybody walking down the street could have seen and walked right up and walked off with the package. I consider the delivery service as unprofessional

Theses strips are awesome. For installing car audio and using small strips at times, a lot can be wasted. What was so awesome about these is that both sides are wired, so you can use both ends of the strip = less waste. Also, it seems these strips are more narrow than others. The only problem is will the adhesion, but that is the same with any strips I buy so I use something else to make them stick. Over all these are great. Will buy them again!

Im using this to light my 4 x 8 Trump/ Pence sign. It lasts all night on a gel cell battery and was easy to install. Something that should be noted is that is that there are regular black/ red wire on the end opposite the connector making it easy to hook up to a battery or other power supply. Its been holding up well to the weather.

Installed the lights on my camper awning, used the 3 times and winter came so parked the camper. Took it out for the first time this year and only the 1st foot work. Not really happy about this.

Adhesive gave up in a matter of minutes in a warm environment. Id pass on these. Also, the little solder pads are super fidly

I used these in conjunction with a solar panel and battery to light my shed. Brighter than I was expecting. I was a little rough with the install and Im not a very good solderer. I cut back some of the waterproofing to solder power in at various points to make two three-way switches work at each end of the shed.

For the price, this is a great product. I used 2 5meter rolls to light up 2 steps approximately the length of each roll. The top step has lasted about 3months outdoors in Colorado. The bottom step has already failed, but only half has gone out. So I will replace and triple check my connections to make certain it has been properly sealed. It’s imperative that the blue tape light last for it represents the thin blue line! Which is for all fallen law enforcement personnel killed in the line of duty. I ordered warm white but it seems that the color is rather cold white. Brightness is quite good. But the major problem is that the back adhesive is not strong enough to hold the light strip’s own weight when mounting overhead. I put it underneath the roof of a plastic shed’s roof (cleaned the surface first with denatured alcohol). The next day the strip was on the floor. I had do use another double sided tape for mounting.

I’ve ordered two of these a month apart. The first one they replaced the transformer for me as it stopped working properly. The second set has been trouble free until the windows were washed. We have them on the inside frame (not window) and they adhered fine, worked well and then we washed the windows. They are water proof and have a clear rubber coating but it appears you can’t really clean the lights as ours had a connection break (inside rubber coating) while wiping down. Huh! You can see the break and now 1/2 of the strip does not work. I’ve thought about contacting the, again but the Amazon app can’t seem to pull seller information up correctly so review it is.
