Love this leash so much a bought a second one for my other dog who didnt really need another one. Second handle is great for control. It doesnt hurt my hands even when my 70 lb dog pulls.

I love this leash! We are still training our one year old puppy, who loves chasing after squirrels, birds, chipmunks, etc. The extra handle has been wonderful to help control her and we love the padding in both handles. Plus, I love that the company makes a donation to a rescue with every purchase! I wish we would have found this sooner!

Beautifully made, very strong/sturdy leash. As with several other reviewers...the 2 biggest issues I have are the placement of the 2nd handle and the leash being a bit stiff. My dog is reactive so while walking her, Im always on the lookout for potential problems. I do have to keep her relatively close to me, so the stiffness of the leash makes it difficult to wrap the leash around my hand. Im 54 so the 2nd handle is a bit too low to grab quickly when I need to, I actually have to look at the leash to grab it with my hand. Its not intuitive (if that makes sense). I applaud this company for their charitable efforts of donating a leash for every one they sell! I would definitely buy from them again.

I just received my order this morning and couldnt be more pleased with this leash. Its a perfect length and very well made. Recently my 15 pound Corgi bolted for another dog and snapped the Kong leash I was using. Its the second Kong leash she has broken in a month. I wrote to Kong and told them I have lost my trust in their retractable leashes. After breaking the second leash I order this leash from Max and Neo. Its strong and well made. Needless to say, I will continue to purchase all my leashes and dog collars from Max and Neo in the future.

Love the color and love how sturdy this feels when walking our dog. We are working on heeling and the lower handle helps to keep her next to me without having to bunch the entire leash up in my hand. It has held up well through our walks and hiking.

This leash is really good quality and I love the padding in the handles! Very comfortable to hold. The reflective threading is also a nice touch. I’ve had the leash for a couple months now and it still looks brand new.

It has been more than six months since I have been using this leash for our 75 lb Golden Retriever and I sincerely feel this leash deserves another 5 star review! I bought this leash back in Jun16 and the leash is still in excellent condition. The metal buckle is still in superb condition. The padding is still great and hasnt worn out a bit even after using it extensively. The quality of the stitches is top class and the fibers havent frayed. To those who are thinking kf buying a new leash for their dog, your search ends here - This is the best leash you will own. Max & Neo team - Great Job! The double handle is very convenient while walking my dog. Both handles have enough padding and does not leave the skin sore even if my dog pulls a little. The quality of the polymer used is great. The only thing I found a little off is the quality of stitches near the ends. The corners are quite sharp.

I bought this in May 2016 and love the lower handle for short lead needs or when better control is needed. Recently our dog decided he wanted to taste it and took a chunk out of the leash. I contacted Max and Neo and within 5 days I had a new leash to replace the damaged one. Their customer service is exemplary. We have both the 6 and 8 leash. The 8 leash has a larger loop at the end which is preferred by my husband and I prefer the 6 leash. Both are very well made.

Could have gone with a shorter leash. The 6.5 foot is a little bit too much forgiveness for walking my dog. I just grab the second handle & all’s well!
