The leash I used for my dog since I adopted him was on its last leg and finally snapped. I was looking for a leash similar in length (around 4 feet) but with an additional handle because my dog pulls a lot. This leash exceeded my expectations! Not only is it super sturdy for my dog (60 pound lab put mix) but the extra handle is super useful. I can walk with my dog close to me and the second handle is located in the perfect spot for a comfortable walk for both me and my pup! I am so glad I chose this leash. 10/10 recommend!!

We have a four year old 120 lb Bull Mastiff who we got as a rescue a couple years ago. She is a real sweetheart and LOVES people. However when walking her she can pull like a bulldozer when she sees other people out or animals. Recently she broke her old leash and we needed a good replacement quickly. While reviewing the choices on Amazon I came across the Max & Neo dog leashes and was impressed with cause, lifetime guarantee and price, it was also Prime so we could get it in a couple days. I bought the double handle for better control when our puppy turns into a bulldozer. It is a great leash, very good quality, good price and I got it in 2 days. On top of the excellent product details it is a excellent cause. The rescues in this country need all the help they can get for our silent best friends. I highly recommend this leash and will always check Max & Neo dog products in the future when the need arises.

Nice feel ... and the lower handle is so helpful . My only gripe is that the reflective stitching is invisible .... not effective. Also wish the leash were available in red .... Id buy it with matching collar. I applied Nathan Helmet stickers ( bike rider safety reflectors) to the leash and now I have the nighttime safety reflectors that I had hoped the leash would provide. Still a great leash. And after several days I have really come to appreciate this leash even more! Would buy it as a present for friends with dogs!

Edit: I ordered a 2nd one for my 7mo old puppy because it gives us that extra control to help train him proper leash etiquette. Such a great buy!! My pup is about 2, I wanted to be able to have a little more control teaching him to heel without my hand getting rubbed raw by the leash. This was a perfect buy!! The handles are cushioned very nicely, it is really nice to have that 2nd handle while my 6yo niece walks my pitbull. Just very reassuring to have that extra control, even with him being well mannered. Better overprepared than under. Plus I get to help other rescue dogs as well.

I hope it’s doesnt sound crazy to say that I love this leash, but I do! It’s for a 70 lb pit bull that still needs to be reminded who is in charge of the walk and I love the foam lined handles! We previously had another training leash but the lower handle was too low and we ended up having to knot one in further up. The positioning on this one is perfect! Did I mention loving the foam lined handles? Having the reflective area also gives me some additional peace of mind for nice walks and the loop for the waste bags is so much better than attaching it to the handle. Referred my neighbor and she just got one of her own.

I love this leash. It helps to make me feel completely in control of my 110lb dog when we walk. I am 5 tall, and the placement of the lower hand loop is PERFECT. My senior Bullmastiff is well behaved on walks, but when even a few steps by her, in any direction, can pull me. With this leash, I can easily move my hand to the lower hand loop, and she responds perfectly. The reflective threads of the leash really work well, and makes us easy to see during our early evening walks. The fact that they donate collars to animal shelters is the icing on the cake. If I could give it more stars.....I would.

Leash is sturdy, a good length, and it supports a good cause. What’s not to like.

I tried a couple other leashes with the second traffic handle. This one works for me, the others didnt. The quality is top notch. The second handle is at the right height for me to control my dog (at 61 the other ones were too low, even though my dog is pretty tall); and I can get my left hand on the second handle when I pull the primary handle tight, without having to wrap the leash around my hand. The reflective stitching is nice and bright. The padded handle loops are pretty nice, even though I was a bit skeptical. I do wish that the main handle loop was a touch bigger, as I have a bit of a hard time getting my big hands in and out quickly when Im wearing warm gloves. Obviously a lot of the ergonomics here are dependent on my reach, my height, and the size of my dog, but Im pleased with it.

This was my 2nd time ordering this leash. The first got mixed up at my dogs daycare and didnt return home so I ordered another immediately. The quality is amazing. Cushioned hand loop is so helpful when Im walking some of my pulling foster dogs. Ive shown friends and they loved it so much that they ordered one too.

This is a very well made, strudy leash. Works well, and the handle is comfortable to hold
