> 24 hourThese contain xylitol and I dont want this or other artificial sweeteners in any of my supplements. (sigh) Many people, especially those who are dealing with illness simply cannot tolerate all these artificial ingredients (reactions, etc.) I know I speak for so many with illnesses who are desperate for a pure vitamin without artificial sweeteners or artificial ingredients or the natural things like food grade rubber, wood, citric acid from black mold or GMO corn, etc. and the list goes on, included in it. Why not carry a line thats free of xylitol, etc. Many cannot absorb B12 and have to supplement. Its a shame because Methyl B12 is the preferred and natural form but due to the xylitol, citric acid, etc. added I wont be buying anymore. I dont need or want a vitamin that tastes like candy, I just want the healthiest, safest form of vitamin. So another bottle to throw away, but use caution: Xylitol is very dangerous for dogs, its in chewing gum, mints etc. so I wouldnt want to leave it out anywhere a pet could have access to it. A few pieces of xylitol in gum can kill a dog and that also depends on how much is in it etc. We all need to let these companies know they are doing a good job when they make a pure form of a supplement, but why not carry a line for people who are concerned, informed, people looking for purity in supplements, autoimmune disease, undiagnosed illness, digestive issues, allergies, etc about the extra added ingredients and offer us a line without all the artificial ingredients please. Thank you.

> 24 hourThe product is fine...my family and i have been using for quite awhile. But im irked that Amazon raises its prices like this. 4 months ago i purchased 3 bottles at $5.56/bottle. Now, one bottle is $9.44! I guess this is how Bezos is managing to fly into space. :(

> 24 hourI let the lozenges slowly dissolve under my tongue, which usually happens after only a few minutes. They taste good. I bought the 1,000 mcg and am happy with the dosage. Ive tried the 500 mcg and I didnt feel my mood improve as much with those. Although the research says its fine, Im not comfortable taking the higher mcg options that Jarrow has available, but thats just my personal preference, and the 1,000 is great for me. B12 is critical for improved mood and the B vitamins play a key role in preventing aging. They are especially necessary if you on a vegetarian or vegan diet, which I tend to be.

> 24 hourI am vegan and one daily keeps my B-12 at the right amount as I get my levels tested By a Dr yearly and its been fine for years after using this one. This is the only one I recommend to others or buy. Not all brands work. It has a pleasant taste as I let it disolve under my tongue.

> 24 hourI did feel more energized while taking this. I also got great rest at night, which I dont normally. I didnt like the fact that I was constantly hungry and lost weight quickly. I dont need nor want to lose any weight. I then have them to a friend and he said it was the same for him, but he was trying to lose some belly fat. He said he was losing weight too quick. They say this is not a diet pill and it does not make you lose weight. Well it definitely speeds up your metabolism a lot. I already have a fast metabolism, so this is not for me.

> 24 hourI received it quickly and it’s a great product. The only exception is that I ordered the lozenges and received chewable tables. The lozenges absorb better and are not as hard on your liver/kidneys/gut. But I will definitely order from them again.

> 24 hourJust before this I was using another B12 supplement which was not chewable. I felt no improvement in my energy levels. I was still feeling weak after a short workout (thats when I started taking them as my B12 were alarmingly low). Even after 4 months of use, improvement was negligible. I switched to this chewable tablet option and in a month I see myself back to normal and can workout as I used to about a year ago. I dont know why are the swallowing tablets even sold at all. They arent effective when it comes to B12 vitamin. It has to be taken through tongue as even doctor advised. My 2 cents that we should always go for chewable option for B12. And this one works like a charm. After about an year of struggle and stress on why I am so weak, I now finally feel great again!

> 24 hourI follow a vegan diet and try to take a B12 supplement a few times a week. Ive been using these lemon B12 chewable tablets off and on for about 12 years, and they are by far my favorite. Ive tried other brands of B12 chwables, lozenges, and liquid drops when I find one on sale for a good price, but I havent found one that I like the flavor of as much as the Jarrow lemon.

> 24 hourIf youre going to take B-12 you should think about the form you take. The methyl B12 is the natural form of B12 and it doesnt need to be converted by the liver, whereas if you take the other form and it has to be converted it might not be as effective or might not work at all. Also, methyl-B12 should be in a sublingual form, as this is in order to work best. Jarrow Methyl-B12 1000 mcg sublingual lozenges has everything one would want in a B-12. I buy this one for my kids and hubby, while I take 5000 mcg. Highly recommend!

> 24 hourI was having issues with tingling, numbness, cramping and pain in feet and calves (I think technical term is peripheral neuropathy). My dr tested Vitb12 levels and found that they were low at 347 (ideal number is between 400-1,100) and recommended I take sublingual methyl b12 1,000mcg. Ive noticed quite an improvement in symptoms after just a few months of daily supplementation. Symptoms arent 100% gone but really have improved so much. I highly recommend Jarrows b12. update 5/14/2015 After taking one a day sublingually for 4+ months, my follow up lab results show that my B12 levels are now at 658. 1,000 mcg is the perfect dosage for me and my dr. is happy with these newest lab results
