After finding out about different Gene mutations I decided to delve deeper into vitamin therapy and what my mixed up body needs. Switching from a standard multi to specialized single vitamins did the trick! Adding methyl to B vitamins is absolutely the way I needed to go, it did take about 10days to feel the greatest effect but it was definitely worth the wait. No side effects or belly upset, and this brand is priced great for the quality

I love this brand because it is METHYLCOBALAMIN and not CYANOCOBALAMIN which is in most Vitamin B-12 products. Cyanocobalamin is a synthetic form of vitamin B12 found only in supplements, while methylcobalamin is a naturally occurring form that you can get through either food sources or supplements. I like these in particular because they are chewable and I usually chew one in the morning and then later on in the day for a pick me up and they truly DO give a great boost of energy!! I highly recommend Jarrow

These contain xylitol and I dont want this or other artificial sweeteners in any of my supplements. (sigh) Many people, especially those who are dealing with illness simply cannot tolerate all these artificial ingredients (reactions, etc.) I know I speak for so many with illnesses who are desperate for a pure vitamin without artificial sweeteners or artificial ingredients or the natural things like food grade rubber, wood, citric acid from black mold or GMO corn, etc. and the list goes on, included in it. Why not carry a line thats free of xylitol, etc. Many cannot absorb B12 and have to supplement. Its a shame because Methyl B12 is the preferred and natural form but due to the xylitol, citric acid, etc. added I wont be buying anymore. I dont need or want a vitamin that tastes like candy, I just want the healthiest, safest form of vitamin. So another bottle to throw away, but use caution: Xylitol is very dangerous for dogs, its in chewing gum, mints etc. so I wouldnt want to leave it out anywhere a pet could have access to it. A few pieces of xylitol in gum can kill a dog and that also depends on how much is in it etc. We all need to let these companies know they are doing a good job when they make a pure form of a supplement, but why not carry a line for people who are concerned, informed, people looking for purity in supplements, autoimmune disease, undiagnosed illness, digestive issues, allergies, etc about the extra added ingredients and offer us a line without all the artificial ingredients please. Thank you.

I always seemed to to run out of energy but lunch time even though I try to eat nutrition foods. I started to take the Sublingual B-12 first in the morning which is 1000 mcg( not very tasty) before starting my morning and took 2 tabs during the day.. After a few days, I started to notice that I had actually stopped yawning at working and felt kind of supercharged during the day not even feeling hungry sometimes. I used to drink at least 3 cups of coffee by the time I got to work and another 3 at least during the day. Now, i have at least 2 cups for the whole day and even really dont need anymore during the day. Now, I do not know how B-12 will affect everyone else, but its worth the effort for me. Besides, B-12 is great for overall well being of the body

    Greater than one week

From the research I did before purchase, Im satisfied Jarrow makes quality vitamins. The taste is nice, not overwhelming and not like a kid product. I got these for my wife because she has tinnitus and they seem to be helping after two weeks of use.

I have used only one bottle of 100 lozenges so far but I am satisfied with the price, the quality of the B12, the taste and the life of the product in use. The only drawback is that they tend to take a long time to dissolve under my tongue and when they do, they are grainy at the end. That is a drawback, but not a problem for me. They are almost tasteless also, which I believe is good (supposed to be lemon flavored, but I cant taste it for the most part - that is fine with me). I bought several bottles of them - Ill update if they dont keep. I had tried another brand and found that they took on moisture in an area like Houston, TX with high humidity. These do not seem to be bothered as much because they dont dissolve as rapidly as the others (although I havent been to Houston since I got them). My switch, however, was a good move I believe. These are also half the price, though they are 4 times as large in size as the other brand.
