> 3 dayWas looking for bedside fan that had lower wattage than Lasko box fan. Originally started with Genesis box fan. Not sure why it seemed so loud, considering I’ve often used Lasko box fan, but it did. Also, box fans are tricky without a holder/stand. I don’t know why they don’t still sell those stands like my grandmother used to have so that fan sits up high and position is adjustable. So….. as my bed isn’t high, this is good height, and has some adjustability. Not a huge amount of air, but enough for my needs. Very quiet. (From someone who actually likes a little air noise). I’m in an old apt bldg with no thermostat that’s always hot even though I no longer even have a radiator, and a/c doesn’t work so great when temp drops overnight, so this takes up some slack. Oh, to be back in a home with a thermostat. I also like having a remote….. though I’m out of available slots in my remote caddy. However, the assembly? Ugh. Think someone else also mentioned that if you need to return it, you may never get it back in that box. The assembly directions are vague at best, and the motor and base are quite heavy - at least for someone with some health issues like me. My hands are still sore and achy. You’re on your own figuring out how to attach the upper to the stand. So you’d better be good at this stuff already or borrow a crystal ball. Directions won’t help you much. Wish white was same price as black. Don’t need anything absorbing more heat.

> 3 dayI was very impressed with this fan when I bought it in May of 2020. It made a very strong breeze, enough that on the lowest setting it would blow hair away from your face from 10ft across the room. Unfortunately as time progresses the motor seems to be going out very quickly. We use the fan every night, and turn it off in the morning. When we first got it I would leave it on the lowest setting and would feel the breeze while sleeping. After a few months the lowest setting couldnt be felt more than 4ft from the fan. We switched it to the medium setting and that had the same amount of power as the lowest setting did orginally, and worked for another 3 months or so. Now you can barely feel any sort of breeze again. I am highly disappointed in how quickly this fan declined, especially considering the price paid for it. If it had kept the same amount of power it would have been a great product.

> 3 dayI’ve really never thought much about fans. They work or they don’t. I bought this one for working out in the basement as the air can be a little stagnant down there. Well, now I won’t work out without this thing. I keep it about 8 feet from where I work out, and on the mid setting it provides just the perfect flow of air that keeps me cool and helps me breathe. And it’s not just a constant flow of air — it’s more like a buffering breeze that is much more pleasant and feels more natural. Not sure if it’s the dual blades or what, but it’s the best fan I’ve ever had. And the “wind zone” is pretty wide so even when I’m standing it covers my whole body. The fan itself is whisper quiet, and although I didn’t think I’d use it, the remote is pretty handy and works great. When I’m not working out I leave it on low oscillation to keep some circulation down there, and there’s less of a stagnant, musty basement smell now. The only non-positive thing I can think of is that it’s not the prettiest thing in the world, but it’s not ugly either. It’s fine. It’s a fan. Anyway, never thought I’d love a fan, but I love this thing. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayQuiet, reliable and well-built. The base is surprisingly heavy, which is a nice touch (no chance of tipping over). I bought this to replace an older Honeywell of pretty similar make and feature set that Id been using pretty much every night since 06. That motor finally called it a day, so not a bad run. This model is noticeably quieter on the lowest setting, if that matters to you. It also has two blue led lights on the front display, although I havent noticed these illuminating the room that appreciably (about as much as a small clock radio would, Id say). Fully extended, it stands 47 inches. It has a remote, but can be operated at the base as well. Has tilt and oscillate, though I use neither. Has sleep timers of 1, 2, 4, and 8 hours. It has three speed settings, and three flow modes (variable, breeze, and constant). On low, which is what I tend to use, it moves a considerable amount of air for its size. The grill is a lightweight, coated (painted) metal, as is the pole (polished aluminum), fan shaft and motor. Everything else is plastic. The plug has a built in safety fuse. I would be surprised if this one didnt last at least as long as my previous Honeywell fan did. Hope this review was useful.

Greater than one weekIt took longer to unpackage it than to put it together. Five minutes without instructions. 3 speeds. Low puts out what feels like the equivalent to high on my old tower fan and is what I would consider to be very quiet. I would describe the high setting as almost ridiculous for a fan of this size and surprisingly quiet for the amount of air it’s pulling through it. Really impressive wind to noise ratio. Nowhere near as loud as my last box fan and pretty close to the same output. Anyone who says this fan is too weak for a bedroom should be looking at wind tunnels and not budget room fans. The 3 modes are steady state, breezy, and variable (night). Breezy runs pretty strong and simulates a gusting breeze. The night setting seems very similar but with a wider spread between high and low (almost coming to a stop at times). The oscillation is a medium quick 90°. No rattles, vibration, or clicking from the unit. Overall it seems smooth and quiet. Round base isn’t super heavy so not too bad to move it around. It feels stable enough but a mildly rambunctious dog or kid could knock it over. Slight negatives: no batteries for the remote (c’mon Honeywell...) Not a ton of vertical adjustment. You get about 5” from lowest to highest. The low speed setting is still pretty strong. The night mode still “gusts” fairly strongly, even on the lowest speed. I’ve never had a fan with a remote before but now that I have one it’s kind of handy. Unless this thing dies after a few months I have no complaints and would deem this to be a solid buy. I’m already thinking about getting another one.

> 3 dayIve had two of these for nearly a year, and theyve been flawless so far. Ive bought a gazillion fans over the last 30 years, and one feature that I always look for is ease of cleaning. The cage and blades are inevitably going to get filthy and reduce efficiency. There are quite a few fans out there that have protective covers that are pretty easy to take off, but the blades and rear cage wont come off without some work. With this fan, it ALL comes apart in about 20 seconds flat and zero tools. Blades and BOTH sides of the protective cages. I can take them all off in 20 seconds, spray them off in the shower, and re-assemble them in a couple minutes. And they look like NEW!!! I dont need to use any rags or tools like on so many other fans. This is the most ridiculously easy-to-clean fan that Ive ever seen. And of course cleaning it will increase its efficiency. I just dont understand why other fan makers dont follow the idea of making a fan hella easy to clean.
