I was hoping to get a new, more quiet, standing fan but I wanted a remote too as many now have them. I bought one of these fans. I like the black color over the also available white. It was very easy to assemble and had good picture directions. It is a dual blade fan set up with the large main fan, and a smaller secondary fan to help push air on the lower settings. The fan blades are all plastic. Although advertised as a more quiet option, it was in fact louder than the fan it was to replace. The remote works great and you can control all the important functions with it, oscillate, speed, timer and from across the room convenience. There are also on the unit control buttons too. Overall it works as it should and it does provide a good volume of wind. I only gave it 4-stars due to the sound level. It works great and if you arent as concerned about noise it is a good purchase.

I wanted to replace the floor fan we have that is just too loud even on a low setting. We have a Rowenta Turbo Silence in our bedroom but their floor fans are over $150. This Honeywell is only $50 and claimed to be quiet. And has a remote... Sounded like a deal. If it were not for the cheap price, it would be a 3 star product. PROS: 1. Cost. 2. Easy installation. It appears easy to take apart as well for periodic dust removal. CONS: 1. The base is very cheap. It started to crumble in my hand as I grabbed it to start the installation. See the pic. Its got two chunks missing and it want even set up. 2. It is NOT all that quiet. Compared to my old stand fan, its a bit better. (So I am keeping it). But its quiet mode should be described as annoying... High/Low or On/Off... It would not be appropriate for sleeping. The description is misleading. If you think youre getting a low-noise fan, keep looking.

Hard to set up. Unnecessary pieces to it that threw me off like I was trying to figure out where it went but it ended up being unnecessary I guess there just to hold stuff together than when assembling your product you take the piece off than throw it away. It was only for transport of the item. Im more of a visual person so I followed the photo more. Other than that great fan. Has a timer and a wind speed itll speed up than slow down setting choice. Highly recommend this fan. Only down side is the blue light does not go off at night. It is very bright and hard to sleep with the bright light shining up part of your room. The only thing I suggest is tie a shirt around it or sumthin. If you know you dont need to change any setting on it with the remote. What I do is actually move the neck of the fan and just have the fan blowing towards me while the neck with panel is away from me to block the light as much as I can, if that makes sense.

Had this fan for a couple of months and it is still running great. The remote control works flawlessly and very convenient. Didnt think I needed to remote but now I cant live without it!

About the airflow, you will notice the difference and appreciate it, has quiet air sounds. Its rather heavy. kids under 10 years old, and elderly people over 70 years old, may have trouble moving the fan. It would have to be a very large breed dog to knock this over. Lights up! very pretty blue lights on the fan, and the remote is a Plus. Fan remotes are just as important as tv remotes in some homes.

This fan is worth the price. We bought 3 of these, my family loved mine so much I had to get more. Lots of good air and different amount of settings. Batteries don’t come included but it’s still worth the price.

I use these fans daily. One is in my room to circulate the air and it does a great job at pushing air at low noise., the remote is easy to use and has great signal strength so you can use it at a distance. This was easy to assemble and a must to keep my room nice and cool, highly recommend

This fan is a little smaller than I expected at 15 but I stuck with it anyway due to the price. I like the remote control (small and convenient buttons) and I do like that the fan has the oscillation features I was looking for, but it would be better as a 5 speed fan. The low setting is too high/noisy for my taste as I use this for sleeping and it blows harder than I like on some nights and due to the smaller size blades, its making more noise than my previous fan. Id prefer a lower setting and larger blades so it moves more air but is quieter while doing so. As for the high setting, it didnt quite cut it as it was too close to the low setting for what I like. Id use it after a shower to try and cool off and would prefer a much higher speed on the top end. But I think the smaller size unit at 15 is partly to blame. I also didnt care for the oscillating function when it came to stops on either end. As it rotated, you can sometimes hear a click as it rotates to the other side and that just didnt work well some nights when I was trying to sleep. As it stands now (1 year, 10 months later) it is making a LARGE grinding noise and is done with oscillating (thats why Im here writing this review as I need to shop for a new fan). So its not a bad a fan for the price, especially if you arent going to use it at night in your bedroom to sleep (ceiling fan wasnt an option for me, I sleep hot while the wife sleeps cold, so I have this fan on my side of the bed). But for me, it just didnt get the job done, so Im back looking for a more durable fan with a remote control and five speeds and hopefully a better quality oscillating gear inside.

This thing works well to move air. I purchased in 2021 for $41. It currently is priced at over $70. Due the price gouging, I cannot recommend it. At the $40 price point, this fan cannot be beaten. Corporate greed gets in the way of sales.
