> 3 dayGreat docking station that allows me to have my two external monitors and the laptop monitor all working, and additional ports help a lot. A more expensive than a simple port replicator with extra USB’s, but it does a great job.

Greater than one weekThe power button is a nice addition below. Works great as marketed! Thunderbolt 3 cord is about 18 inches long so plenty of reach.

Greater than one weekAs the description page states the unit should be a WD19TB with more features such as audio out. Will be returning it. Quite a few others have the same story.

> 3 dayAfter reading reviews that mentioned this docking device was under power and dropped connections of devices, Im happy to say this product has met all expectations. Computer requires 130w which this device is 180w with 130w passthrough... so no issues. Before using this device mouse with a different adaptor was laggy and at time unresponsive and would lose connection. With this device there is no issues with wireless mouse & keyboard, 2nd monitor, external hard drives.

> 3 dayI purchased two of these: one for home and one for the office. The fan noise problem caused me to purchase one again. Then, later my second monitor started blanking out itermittently. Both of them had to be replaced. My laptop is Dell, Docking station (of course) is Dell, second monitor is Dell. Nothing that Ive tried works to fix the problem.

> 3 dayI got this to use with my xps 15 7590. I made sure everything was up to date on my computer, including the bios before plugging in. Once plugged in it worked flawlessly . Im very happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayThis docking station did everything I needed. It is fully compatible with my Dell laptop. The only downside at first was that it is crazy expensive. Now it turns out that the NIC has failed. the rest of the device still works, so I am using a USB adaptor for the internet connection.

Greater than one weekUps: 1. It works well with my 2017 Macbook pro, thats all I really need. Downs: 1. Its bigger and heavier than I thought. 2. Theres not a lot but still noticeable amount of dust on it, box even has return label on it so I guess it was previously returned by someone. 3. No warranty card?

Greater than one weekTo clarify, I love this dock after I updated the firmware on it. I was about to return it as when my laptop would go to sleep when connected, nothing would turn back on. After a quick Google search, this was a known issue and updating the firmware on it fix it. Ever since that update, Im able to enjoy my multiple monitor setup, and performance/reliability has been rock solid.
