> 24 hourMine works great, and I can pump out my laptop to three monitors without issue. But I used to work for a company that uses these, and we had an uncomfortable large number be lemons. When it works it works. Be aware though, this one lets you use three external monitors (you can use two externals and the laptop monitor still), the non-TB versions do not. If you only have two monitors, save yourself the 100 bucks and buy the non-TB. If you want three external monitors, get this one, the non-TB ones wont work at full resolution for the third monitor.

> 24 hourI purchased two of these that were labeled as New condition. Even their boxes were marked as New. As you can see from the pictures, they were far from New and I returned immediately without even trying them.

> 24 hourBest docking station for any Dell XPS 15. Just need USB hub if you want more than 3 USB connections. Slim for my desk & output dual 4k60 for my monitors.

> 24 hourI ordered the WD19TB, but I was sent the WD19TBS. The difference is, the WD19TB cost a little more and it has two 3.5 mm audio jacks. I paid a little more because I wanted the 3.5 mm jacks, the WD19TBS does not have them. Of course I did not notice until I was setting the dock up. Other than that, the dock works great. So far, I have no issues with its performance. Easy to setup and ice design.

> 24 hourThe onboard ethernet adapter (Realtek USB GbE Family Controller) becomes effectively disabled at least 3/4 days out of each week. I have to go into the adapter settings and tweak the following attributes EACH time. - Adaptive Link Speed = Enabled - Energy-Efficient Ethernet = Disabled - Green Ethernet = Disabled - Speed & Duplex = 1.0 Gbps Full Duplex (auto-negotiation really should work here) Essentially, the settings revert back to defaults and this is the only fix. Rebooting does not resolve this. Simply clicking Enable does not resolve this. Note that Dell has published a similar issue (Article Number: 000132644) related to Flow Control. My issue is NOT related to this, because, as you can see above, I never have to tweak the Flow Control setting.

> 24 hour1. Duo monitors work with Macbook, but not HDMI + DP, only DP + thunderbolt. Please search the product with Apple USB-C and there is a dell official doc about what are supported. 2. IMPORTANT, before use it with mac, be sure to plug in to a Windows/Linux device and find the newly released firmware. The newest update solves some issues of waking up your mac with bluetooth devices when the dock is used. Almost returned, but 2^ makes it worked seamless with my 2 monitors and bluetooth keyboard/mouse. Only the power button is basically useless. Good enough for me.

> 24 hourI was surprised that this worked perfectly with no fuss in Linux (Arch). I was able to plug in the dock and it immediately worked with all 3 1440 monitors I have. USB, network, and power all work too.

> 24 hourAs the description page states the unit should be a WD19TB with more features such as audio out. Will be returning it. Quite a few others have the same story.

> 24 hourThe ThunderBolt version seems to provide the full 130 watts to my XPS 9550 while pushing a 4k display and other usb devices. Not sure if it is driving the display with the discrete graphics, but I will do some more testing to find out soon.
