Zoo Med Labs Aviansun Deluxe Floor Lamp with Aviansun,Silver,3.4 x 11.5 x 22.5"

The lamp itself is great. Its sturdy and bright enough for 1 cage or standing perch. I know because I already own one and bought this one as a second one... however it was CLEARLY used. Scuffs, scratches, wear.... doesnt look brand new to say the least. The box was trapped up and majorly torn...clearly a return. They are currently backorderes elsewhere so..... whatever. Living with it as is

I was unsure of what to expect, but this is a very solidly made product. Its taller than I thought, but thats a good thing. It has a very heavy base that adds stability. Best of all, my African Grey seems to like it too!

Ive been using this daily for about 90 days so far, and it still works just fine. Its on about 12 hours per day. The switch works well and the stand is the height that I needed. It has about an 18 inch flexible neck at the top for positioning wherever you want it. The base is weighted well so that its steady and not easily tipped over. The cord is nice and long so that it can reach an outlet thats not nearby.

The light stand was easy to assemble. As others have commented, the stand is a little wobbly where you connect the top section. In hind sight I wish there was an option to have a wider reflective shade to illuminate the cage better. As a result I have the fixture positioned where Shasta spends more time. I wasnt sure how much heat would generate from the bulb, very little for those wondering

Absolutely amazed! My birds usually have deck time (we have a screened In porch) but since I live in a condo and it’s the coronavirus pandemic I’ve been scared to let them outside. My babies have definitely been dealing with depression and not feeling themselves. I got this a few days ago and I have seen a HUGE Improvement to my parakeets, and conure.

Very light weight, took less than a few minutes to assemble. Adjustable neck. Could use a longer cord, but acceptable

Love this product. I’ve seen other reviews mention stability issues and assembly issues, but I’ve had no issues. It went together very quickly and is stable. My bird’s cage is on carpet, but I have office chair mats under the cage, so that surface may help with stability. My Grey loves his lamp and will hang from the top of his cage with his belly exposed to the light. I think this lamp has made a difference in the condition of his feathers and I would recommend it.

I like the lamp. It comes with a bulb but I also bought extra bulbs based on other reviews saying they may be hard to find. The only thing that is a design flaw is the on/off switch is ON THE TOP. So considering this lamp needs to be above the cage its inconvenient. I have a cage that is almost 6ft high. So I had to plug into a surge protector cord. They should change the design of it. Other than that I like the lamp

I bought this for the UVB and UVA it provides for my bird. It is perfect. The base is small enough to place behind his cage out of the way and the goose neck allows me to position it properly over the cage. I’ve been very pleased with it and it appears my bird has been as well. My only complaint is that the pole is a tad thinner than I would have liked. All and all I love it and don’t regret buying it one bit!

My babies love it so much!!!! It warms my heart. They have been chirping and smiling more, one of my babies go crazy for it.
