Zoo Med Aquatic Turtle UVB Heat Lighting Kit

This fixture works great. Its made out of good material. The sockets are sturdy. Electric cord good and long and the switches are solid and made well. I have two of these fixtures and would recommend them.

Good light works well comes with bulbs had to return because fixture was bent.

Perfect, easy combo light for heat and UV for our RES. Plugged both lights into an Alexa controlled Smart Plug for auto on/off. Have lights on 10 Hr per day. Turtles shell is looking good and basking away every day. Time will tell how long the two bulbs last.

I found this same kit in my local pet shop for over double the price so this is a much better deal, the only issue is clipping it on to the tank but if you have a metal, out of tank basking area you can set it on top.

Great product and much better price than the local pet stores. Perfect for my turtle. He appears to really like basking in the light.

Works exactly as described. I purchased about 3 weeks ago for my baby red eared slider. He loves it and so do I. I set it on top of his 5.5 gallon tank and he loves it for basking. We just had 90 degree weather and my AC went out so I was able to keep the heat lamp off and he was still able to hang out in his light. I dont use a timer because Im home a lot and I check on him often. This will still work great when I move him to a bigger tank.i just set it on top of his screen. A stand would be helpful sometime in the future so I dont have to move it every time for feeding.

Purchased this with the Zoo Med Reptile Lamp Stand (full size) and couldnt be more pleased. Our RES turtle loves the heat lamp for basking and benefits from the necessary UVB light. A great purchase having a dual lamp instead of trying to hang 2 different fixtures, which is not aesthetically pleasing. Each lamp has its own switch and they can both be on at the same time. Lamp covers have small vent holes to allow for heat to dissipate. Very well manufactured with a fair price. Cheaper than local pet stores. UL listed so it is electrically sound. I highly recommend for all reptile homes. 100% pleased! Delivery was speedy and packaged well.
