This knife made slicing brisket so much easier than a standard butcher’s knife. It was reasonably priced as well. I have had zero problems and have been impressed after slicing several briskets, ribs and hams.

Great carving knife

Extremely sharp and very easy to control well. I make a lot of tri-tip and this is perfect for slicing through it. Ive not had to sharpen it yet so I cant speak to that, but all in all I am very happen with the blade.

Ive used this knife for 5+ years and still as good as day purchased. My son asked for one as hes seen me using it to slice ham at Christmas so this was purchased as a gift.

It does not slice, it glides through everything. Wonderful addition to the kitchen.

As a retired professional chef who cut his teeth on classicly forged Sabatiers,bringing a German stamped blade (even finished by the genuine Swiss Army Knife craftsman) didnt seem like an option.
