Greater than one weekLets start with the bad. The plastic sheath that comes with this knife is awful at best. However I didnt buy a plastic sheath, I bought a giant slicing knife and buddy thats what I got! The knife feels great in the hand. The molded grip lends itself well to the sawing motion you make with the knife. The blade itself is the sharpest thing Ive ever held. It effortlessly cut through ham and turkey with the greatest of ease. My brother and I were trying to see who could cut the thinnest piece of ham. Turns out were goobers that were holding up the line for the the rest of the family but regardless it was amazing. I look forward to using this any chance I get!

> 3 dayI’ve been needing one of these slicers for a long time. Decided on this one due to already owning Victorinox knives. Fits the hand well and very sharp out of the package. Would buy again.

> 3 dayYou can make razor thin slices with this on roasts, steak, etc. Saw this recommended on TV. Great knife.

> 3 dayMy husband wanted this for all his smoked meats. It is awesome! Better than any knife we have. Cuts thru meat like butter without shredding.

> 3 dayIts not just a sales pitch; this knife is truly everything that it is purported to be: razor sharp with an edge grind familiar with the cutting of meat, trustworthy grip even with a greasy hold & finally, rigid no-flex spine even when the full length of the knife is used. Dollars spent v quality makes this knife an invaluable tool in our kitchen. Definitely would spend a couple of extra bucks for the blade guard especially if you flat store it like we do.

> 3 dayAlthough a little pricey... Im glad I purchased the Pro Slicing Knife with Granton Blade. Delivered as promised and used it last month when whole family was invited for a Prime Rib roast dinner. Blade extremely sharp and able to slice quickly any requested slice size.

Greater than one weekFirst time purchaser of the Granton blade knife and I am very impressed. It is very sharp and cuts very easily compared to the regular knife. Ive used it to cut thru brisket, chicken and bread without any problems. I got the 12 inch model and it is a good length of a knife. Long enough that it spans across whatever you are cutting. The handle feels good on the hands and does not slip. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayReally nice sharp, thin blade and cuts smooth. The only reason not 5 stars is the blade is a bit flexible. May not matter in the long run. Sliced thru chicken breast and ribeye with ease

> 3 dayA lightweight, easy to grip, well-balanced slicing knife. The edge is superb and has thus far been simple to maintain; a few passes through a fixed, double edged, ceramic sharpener and 8 or 10 strokes on a steel and the edge is actually sharper than when I removed it from the box! This knife makes it very simple to slice brisket, steaks of any cut, tri-tips, roast beef, ham or turkey. You must have one for your kitchen.
