Sennheiser HD 600 - Audiophile Hi-Res Open Back Dynamic Headphone

Highly recommended to use a DAC with this baby, preferably one which doubles as an amplifier, as it can be pretty quiet when directly connected to phones/laptops.

These are by far the best headphones I have ever heard. I would gladly pay twice the current price.

Back in the day my friends and I would listen to music for hours on end, and everyone seemed to love it. But there was a few of us that were obsessed with the music and we created listening rooms in our houses, I remember the big Marantz amplifiers combined with huge JBL and Altec Lancing speakers, Man what a sound, Frampton, Floyd, Hendricks, Zepplin, Supertramp, Clapton and hundreds more something I could never forget. Then life happens and theres no room for all that glorious equipment, so you move it to the garage then a garage sale. I never thought Id hear that sound again, but I did, I dont know all the tech stuff but my Sennheiser HD 600 headphones took me back to my listening room in one small package. My friends are amazed at the music that pours out of them. I have three children, oldest son (32) agrees my youngest son (16) said,Man, I guess I really never heard music before. THANK YOU FOR A SUPERB PRODUCT!!!!!

niente da dire, ottime, hanno una buona risposta a tutte le frequenze, milgiori di molte cuffie provate in precendenza, nel mio caso usavo le akg k44 che essendo chiuse avevano troppi bassi e sbilanciati, se siete abituati a usare cuffie del genere (chiuse) tenderete ad alzare più del necesario il volume per sentire una pressione sonora simile, sono più adatte a ascolto che a registrazione, dopo un po di settimane ci si abitua, è importante comunque che si disponga di un preamplificatore che renda onore a questo gioiellino, ideali per i mix e ascolto hi-fi. grande comodità dei cavi sostituibili e le componenti di velluto che dopo molti ascolti tendono a deformarsi, imbattibili a questo prezzo

mit dem Kauf des Kopfhörers bin ich sehr zufrieden. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist vielleicht die etwas langweilige Optik, aber ich benutze den Sennheiser nur zuhause und lege deshalb nicht so großen Wert auf dieses Kriterium. Absolute Kaufempfehlung für den Klang.

This is my second pair of good headphones Ive bought since moving from top-tier IEMs and man are these a nice set. They have a different sound signature than my first pair I got in the HE-400 as these have a bit warmer over all tone with less bright highs yet the treble is still very detailed as is the rest of the frequencies. The HD600 has a very balanced neutral sound that works well with every type of music Ive listened to on them and the main type of music I listen to is EDM and these sound great with that. Some people might say that they dont have enough bass and thats because these are reference headphones so they dont have a boosted bass like a lot of other headphones like the consumer oriented Beats and the like. Mids are lush, smooth and quite detailed as well as the treble as I said before. These being an open-back headphones gives them a great soundstage and the imaging and instrument separation is also very nice.

Suonano da dio. Bilanciate, sono perfette per missaggio e mastering. Non costano poco, ma per chi ha bisogno di lavorare con queste vale assolutamente la pena spendere qualcosina in più per un gioiellino del genere. Anche perché durano davvero molto e lunica manutenzione da fare é quella di cambiare i padiglioni dopo i primi anni di utilizzo.
