Sennheiser HD 600 - Audiophile Hi-Res Open Back Dynamic Headphone

Fantastic headphones, as I prefer a natural sound and great value.

Increibles audifonos, me sorprendieron mas de lo que esperaba, los uso por mas de 8 horas seguidas al dia y no siento que estan ahi. Es el mejor sonido que he escuchado.

Los auriculares muy bien, lo que esperaba de unos HD600, El envio por parte de amazon y súper sonido que era en este caso el vendedor externo MUY MAL, el paquete estaba ABIERTO Y DESPRECINTADO, es decir ya no eran nuevos y me lo han cobrado como tal, ademas estaban más caros que en la propia tienda... no los devuelvo porque los auriculares en si están bien y no tienen señales de uso, supongo que alguien los comprò y los devolvió. La única razón por la que los he comprado aquí es por poderlos financiar, muy mal por amazon.

Good neutral sound. Not good for those who like EDM or bass heavy music.

I have a pair of Beyerdynamic DT770 - coming from those, the HD600s are a HUGE improvement. I get less war fatigue than I do with the DT770s. Hear sound, comfy fit for hours. Love ‘em.

I just got mine about a week ago, and they literally blow me away. Theyre excellent for a casual listening session, but if you really want to get in tune with your music (get it? its a pun), then these are incredible. Theyre very neutral and flat sounding (as the OP mentioned), so they work well for every genre of music, Ive listened to everything from Mastodon and Cynic to Cannibal Corpse and Testament to My Morning Jacket to Pat Martino and The Alex Skolnick Trio and they blow me away every time. Sure they dont have the widest soundstage, but its very accurate, which is very important if youre mixing music (like myself) or if you just like a very clear representation of your tunes. Ive heard incredibly subtle, intricate pieces of my music that Ive been listening to for years and never noticed with astounding clarity and a very full bodied presentation. Ive seen a lot of people complain that they arent heavy enough in the bass, however, I find them almost perfect in that respect; the bass is very tight and punchy while remaining neutral and clean, whereas a lot of headphones Ive listened to overdo it and allow it to distort the rest of the music. The midrange and highs are absolutely to die for, they really bring out the clarity and detail in music without having overly sharp and sibilant highs or harsh mids. Really, these are just all around great headphones. Not to mention the aesthetics are quite pleasing to me, though it did take me a while to get used to the marbled look. The only issue Ive had is that the headband was flattened, but I got them used for $250 and its not a huge deal as it can be replaced. Highly recommended!

Music producer/audio engineer for almost a decade here. Ive used the HD 600 for 5+ years. I love its intimate tone and most importantly, its light weight/comfort. Its rare to find a headphone that you forget exists when in use.
