> 24 hourI bought the drive as a computer disk drive backup, but it is apparently intended as a backup for phones rather than computers.

> 24 hourSo first off I am not a diehard techno genius when it comes to data transfer speeds or managing every single gigabyte. This is a review coming from a someone who uses these drives purely for storage and nothing else and wanted an upgrade from a traditional hdd to an ssd. First off this thing is small about roughly the size of a credit card which is a stange transition from the bulky size of hdd drives to something thats more compact and easier to transport. Secondly the amount of time it takes to transfer a file using the 3.2 usb c cable is ridiculously faster than 2.0. This ssd drive is pretty great for someone who uses these primarily for storing data. One thing to mention before you start using the T7 is I would highly recommend formatting the drive as the product is set in a default format that prevents anything bigger than 5 gigabytes from being stored.

> 24 hourEasy to use. I loaded every picture for a decade and put it in my data fireproof storage locker. There, done.

> 24 hourI do a bunch of data backup tasks. These tasks now take minutes instead of hours. This was compared to the USB 3.0 external hard drive I had before.

> 24 hourI could not load any files on the SSD and it crashes when I try to format it. I Looks like I flushed 300 down the drain. I hope Samsung has a warranty!

> 24 hourI was not sure if I wanted to spend this much money on an external SSD drive, but it is fast, small, and light. I use both PC desktop, PC laptop, and MacBook Air, and I needed something that I can use across all devices. This one is perfect. I am considering buying another drive for a backup.
