Bought two of these to see if itd make a difference in our laptops....Holy hell yes! Got the USB to SATA adapter here for $10, used SuperDuper! for cloning our old ones, took about 8 hours for mine to clone (400gb), 2 hours for my wifes (40gb)...maybe 1 hour for the hardware swap, I did have a can of air and duster since our laptops are so old to clean the inside a bit.
