12-11-2024Okay, prehistoric man would have trouble with this, but it was very easy to install and moving my OS and files from my old ssd to this one was simple. The website to Samsungs Magician, and the migrating software made moving everything fast and easy. Id put it off for a while expecting it to be a chore but it couldnt have been easier. Afterward I ran a new benchmark test to compare with last years results, and the new Samsung was more than twice as fast as the original Sandisk SSD. I couldnt leave any stars for the tech support category as I had no need to bother them with this easy install.

Performance is 95% to the fastest, cost is almost the cheapest, quality is above ANY OTHER and (most of all) they are more compatible than anyone else. Samsung usually makes the best products for the money you spend and it is reflected in the EVO series of SSD drives.

> 3 dayWhen I installed it from a new install it toke about 35 minutes to install windows pro but when booting up to windows it takes about 7 to 10 seconds for windows to come up and be ready for use.

> 3 dayGreat SSD. Installed easily, but note that you should update the firmware and take a look at the software for this drive to ensure it performs well (my first benchmark was below expectations until I updated firmware).
