> 3 dayI used this SSD to uograde a 32gb emcc on my wifes hp notebook. It was a brand new laptop purchased in 2016. Windows needed to be upgraded but it wouldnt do it due to the lack of space. Removed the emcc, installed the SSD along with windowns 10 installed on a flash drive and it loaded right up. No problems since.

> 3 dayI cloned my SSD from my HDD. It went perfect and is still working perfectly. I mean to tell you that it crossed every single t and dotted every single i that was in my computer. I would never go to back to a HDD. It will load a program as fast as you can snap your finger.

> 3 dayfor the mac. i made a universal external hard drive that can be used anywhere. thunderbolt offers trim support, unlike typical external hard cases. i divided the partitions into two! one for the mac and the other for windows system. noow the mac can be used as a setting i always use, no matter what kind of mac I have. hurray!!

> 3 dayAs usual, Samsung EVO SSDs work well! It was an easy install into my Acer Nitro 5.

> 3 dayI would have liked to have gotten this $20 cheaper but what can you do. I used the drive to replace a HDD to help speed up my system. Didnt have to partition or anything. I did, however, have to reset my Mobo because I screwed up in the process of disabling the password I had set for it. Managed to reset by moving the jumper on it and it started up just fine.. Unplugged other drives and plugged in the SSD then plugged USB backup plugged in. My Mobo automatically used the USB priority then instantly engaged the SSD to install Win10. The only issues I had was when graphics driver wouldnt install and SteamUi.dll wouldnt load. A restart in both instances allowed each installation to progress. Fits perfectly in a bracket to be inserted in a 3.5in slot if you dont have a space to screw the SSD in anywhere else.

> 3 dayI bought this one because I read Samsung drives last the longest. I installed it a month ago and so far no problems. Hopefully there will be no issues.

> 3 daySamsung has really stepped up their game with their SSDs. The pc I installed this 860 Evo is used primarily for image editing and doc writing. With the additional ram added, this pc is better than new. It installs easily with the 2.5 to 3.5 plate and the holes line up perfectly.
