    Easy to install. The Samsung software made it very easy to copy all my data and the operating system from my old hard drive onto the Samsung SSD. Worked flawlessly.

    defiantly made my pc boot faster, dont know why i didnt buy one before. the installation was simple it was transferring windows 10 and figuring out how to make it the primary driver that took me a second but im pretty stupid

    Ive used 5 of these across 2 computers and I love them. No noise, super fast, painless to use. Also works great when connect as an external hard drive for backup. There will be more of these in my future.

    I moved most of my library over to this, consolidating it from a number of smaller SSDs & a very old 1TB HDD. Speeds are about what youd expect of an SSD, and Ive had no performance or reliability issues at all.

    The 1TB Samsung Evo 870 is the perfect size, price point, and speed for upgrading slightly older computers and giving them more life. Ive purchased maybe 20-30 of these for my clients over the years. They always work, are easy to install, and the Magician software gives you useful info and easily allows you to maximize the speed of the drive. If you need a 2.5 SSD, you cant go wrong with this one. Highly recommend.

    Samsung does not honor their 5 year warranty. They will only provide a 3 year warranty with this product despite that the box says 5 years, the Samsung website says 5 years and this Amazon listing says 5 years. Ive spent hours on the phone with Samsung but they will not honor their 5 year warranty. Call Samsung before purchasing any of their SSDs to confirm the warranty and get it in writing.

    Samsung drives are high quality and reliable, I have no complaints with them. I ordered qty 3 500GB and Amazon gave me a mix of sizes instead... I mean I guess its more total storage size but its not what I ordered and threw a wrench in the setups I was doing.
