Like Title states . Was initially mistaken into believing an adaptor was required but upon failure w/ adaptor further inspection revealed matching screw holes already present in mounting bracket previously installed on PC .

This ssd is a beast, quiet and fast!

The drive has failed less than two years after purchasing. Less than 1tb total written to it. Completely unreliable. Not only that but the warranty support line was closed when I called at 2 in the afternoon. Highly recommend another brand.

I bought this SSD a couple of years ago as a spare for my laptop. I had been having software update issues with Microsoft Windows 10, so when I had a good update, I would clone the laptops drive to a spare SSD. If an update failed, I always could go back to the spare.

I use this brand SSD for 2 of my other laptops and they work great and never had any issues. I bought a used in good condition from Amazon and its dead. I check the serials and they dont match. Thats the least they could do when selling a returned electronic.

I purchased this unit to replace the hard-drive on my HP Pavilion 360, 13 inch laptop, because it was taking forever to load my startup programs and otherwise just generally slow responses. The installation was easy, thanks in large part to my Sabrent, dual-bay hard drive docking station, that allowed me to make a perfect copy of my existing hard drive outside the computer. (I started the copying process before I went to bed, and it was completed while I slept.) The unit fit perfectly into my HP without any adapters.

Use this product often for backup and use later. Dislike is after I purchase a week later the price drops. I guess thats the breaks. Highly recommend this SSD drive.
