The product works well enough for replenishing electrolytes, but the tablets are chalky and too sweet when you dissolve them in your mouth.

I’ve used SaltStick fast chews for several years, and they keep me hydrated when I can’t consume enough liquids (especially during longer swims). This new flavor is a great addition to their product line. Since winter has come in my area, the tropical flavor makes me a little less annoyed of the bitter cold.

These salt/electrolytes tabs are great for runs, hikes, or workouts. I particularly use them when on road or trail runs. I have a tablet every 15-30 minutes. Running in the Texas summer heat can be brutal, but these tabs keep me going. Staying hydrated is a must if you want to perform.

Actually taste really good. I was worried it was Going to taste to salty because of the previous reviews I read. Overall taste really good and made my legs stop feeling crampy and heavy while running. Also did not make me thirsty after eating.

These salt tabs taste good and are great for electrolyte replacement. I use them when Im running long distances. The only reason for 4 stars is because the packaging is inefficient if youre running. Better off buying the individual packaged tabs if youre packing for a long run, or put them in a baggie.
