I found this product towards the end of 2022. I live in the south so its hot all year round. I use them while running and it has made a significant difference in my summer/fall running. My husband is a Sheriffs Deputy, and sweats a ton in the summer, being out on the road, so I gave him a bottle, and he also stated that he feels a big difference and not dead at the end of his work day.

They came highly recommended from my acupuncturist and one of her patients but I for one am not a fan. I’m 100% sure they provide the necessary electrolytes but boy are they god awful to palate even with the flavoring. I’ve managed to only get down two and refuse to punish myself any more…. They are chewable Arrived on time. Came in normal packaging for such items But… Disgusting in my opinion and hard to consume because of the over powering taste that makes your entire mouth salivate in a bad way. Everybody is different so it may work for others but definitely not for me!

A heavy night out? Take 2 of these and a large glass of water before bed. Repeat this in the morning depending on how you feel. Really alleviates symptoms. Its also great for exercise or anytime youre just feeling dehydrated. You can feel it working pretty much right away.

My daughter has a condition which leads to frequent dehydration symptoms, despite drinking 7-10 liters of water daily. Salt Stick is one of her preferred tools for managing her condition and avoiding headaches and fatigue, particularly in hot weather (anything over 70 is miserable for her.) These chews are easy for her to keep in her backpack and add to her regimen of constant ice water. I have also found them helpful occasionally when I wake up with a headache. They taste good and really help me get going faster. It should be obvious, but these need to be taken WITH plenty of water!

Ive been using FastChews for a few months now, and I couldnt go back to training without them! Im currently marathon training and take 1-2 every time I fuel (i.e. have a gel) during long runs. In the summer, Ill take in more and incorporate the SaltStick capsules. These are tasty, easy to digest and give me the boost I need to stay strong. I dont get the long run hangover anymore, either- no headaches or excessive fatigue afterward! I cannot recommend these enough.

Im a runner who sweats a lot, and Ive been using these SaltStick FastChews for a few years now -- they are a life saver. I keep a container in my running bag, and always put a few in my hydration vest for long runs (and almost any run during the summer months). They taste great, are easy to pop into your mouth (no messy powder that youre trying to put into your water bottles), and it provides me with the necessary sodium and electrolytes I need while Im out on the trails. I bought this product to have on my for a 15K me and my husband were running. They worked great and helped to prevent me from cramping up. A fellow runner was having issues with cramping so I gave him a few and they helped him almost instantly! They taste like a lemon sweet tart candy which is just an added benefit!
