These are so good! I actually enjoy the flavor instead of dreading them. Not salty tasting which I love. Works great!

Normally I am firmly in the camp of Pedialyte packs, but a friend turned me on to these and I have been amazed at how dense and light these are to provide hydration when I’m in the backcountry. Flavor is excellent — not too sugary or sweet, definitely not too artificial or synthetic, it’s really “just right”. Sure beats lugging around an entire Gatorade up 2000 ft of elevation gain when you can pop this in chewable form to keep you moving.

I purchased this product for my first marathon. I am extremely happy with this product. Easy to use and the mild watermelon flavor was perfect. I had never used a salt tab or an electrolyte tab previous to purchasing this item. Instead of filling my water hydration vest with electrolytes, I filled it with water and carried these tabs. I popped the first two tabs after an hour of running. Subsequently, I took one tablet ever 30- 45 minutes thought the entire race. I carried a total of 20 tabs with me but didn’t use all of them. I did not have any issues with cramp. On my 15mile plus training runs, I would get very nausea afterwards but I didn’t feel that way after my marathon. I attribute this to the electrolyte tabs. They did take a while to dissolve which is why I gave them a 4 because after a while, they irritated the underside of my tongue and cheek. Other than that, I highly recommend these tablets!

Great flavor and super convenient to use during a race! I love the chews as during ultras taking salt pills can be difficult.

The flavor is pretty good but the texture is like chalk. I thought they would be chewy like a skittle. They are also too sweet in my opinion but they work well. I wish they were more potent/have more electrolytes in them but they do the job!

Fast chews have been a game changer for me. I used to cramp pretty badly transitioning from biking to running during triathlons. I’m not the best at taking in water based electrolytes but these fast chews change that. They’re great addition to water based electrolytes on super hot days as well.

I’ve used SaltStick fast chews for several years, and they keep me hydrated when I can’t consume enough liquids (especially during longer swims). This new flavor is a great addition to their product line. Since winter has come in my area, the tropical flavor makes me a little less annoyed of the bitter cold.

These helped me run and finish the 2022 NYC marathon. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Highly recommend. I took 2 every 15 minutes and a few minutes later I would have a serious boost of energy!

I found this product towards the end of 2022. I live in the south so its hot all year round. I use them while running and it has made a significant difference in my summer/fall running. My husband is a Sheriffs Deputy, and sweats a ton in the summer, being out on the road, so I gave him a bottle, and he also stated that he feels a big difference and not dead at the end of his work day.
