> 24 hourI’ll never run a race without these again! I used to get really bad side aches during races or when I was pushing the pace. I now take these every 30 mins or so during races and long runs and I haven’t had any issues since! The tart orange is my favorite flavor. They’re easy to chew and taste great. I highly recommend for all runners and endurance athletes!

> 24 hourI usually dont take the time to do a deep review but this time I really feel that I need to share my experience. Ive been running for over 5 years now but started getting serious with my weekly mileage about a year ago (was doing only 16 miles/week and now Im at around 30 miles/week). I live in South Florida and it gets very hot most of the year which makes the long runs very challenging. I spent the last few months training for the Miami Half Marathon and feeling good and ready for the race and on the race day the weather got hot and I was sweating so profusely that didnt realize that my GUs and water were not doing enough to recover my lost sodium and eventually at around mile 10 I had to start taking walking breaks until the point that I start having all the symptoms of hyponatremia (low sodium- confusion, fatigue and headache). I had a goal of finishing the half-marathon under 2 hours and ended up finishing with 2 hours 13 minutes. After this I was super frustrated and started reading more about what happened until I talked to a few pro runners that mentioned salt pills. I came across these pills and decided to sign up for another half marathon last Sunday with my wife ( 305 Half Marathon). I took 2 pills 30 minutes before the race, then 2 pills at mile 4 and then 2 pills every 3 miles. I also took my GUs after mile 4 between the salt pills and felt amazing during the whole race (temp was about the same as the first race). I dont think you can ever attribute your success at any sport event to only one factor but I know that this was a huge contributor to how I felt during my race. I ended up finishing with a time of 1:59:24 and this time I was only aiming at a 2:05 goal. From now on I am using these pills on any run under hot weather over 8 miles which are all my Saturday runs. Please consider that not every person looses sodium at the same rate through perspiration and this will make a difference for people with high perspiration rate as myself. My wife runs with me everyday and at the end of a 10 miles run at over 80F she still almost totally dry, reason why she does not need this pills. Before trying this, I tried GUs, sport drinks, other gels, etc and could not find something that would really help me battle the fatigue on hot days, so this was a thing of trial and error until I found something that works. Hope my story helps other people with similar issues. Happy running!

> 24 hourI do a lot of cycling and some running. I used to get very painful leg cramps after high intensity workouts. Started using SaltSticks and the cramps are gone. Im not afraid of getting cramps while riding or late at night in bed. Very flavorful. No chalky after taste. I still use it and will continue to use...

> 24 hourIve been using FastChews for a few months now, and I couldnt go back to training without them! Im currently marathon training and take 1-2 every time I fuel (i.e. have a gel) during long runs. In the summer, Ill take in more and incorporate the SaltStick capsules. These are tasty, easy to digest and give me the boost I need to stay strong. I dont get the long run hangover anymore, either- no headaches or excessive fatigue afterward! I cannot recommend these enough.

> 24 hourI live in Houston, Texas but Im from Seattle- when I first moved here I couldnt figure out why I kept cramping up on long runs. My dietician recommended I try adding more electrolytes into my runs, and I started taking SaltStick FastChews. They work PERFECTLY. Easy to chew, palatable taste- not too sweet or anything- and best of all, NO CRAMPING! Ive brought SaltStick with me to race in Minnesota, New York and Boston and I doubt Ill stop anytime soon.

> 24 hourI was just diagnosed with POTS and my friend with the same disordered recommended I try these chews. I ordered two flavors, the peach and the watermelon. I was pleasantly surprised by the peach and really enjoyed the flavor. However the watermelon is DISGUSTING. It takes fake, bitter, and has a grainier texture than the peach. The peach however is amazing! Both work, I just cant stand the flavor of the watermelon. It makes me want to puke!

> 24 hourThese help my teen with POTS/ dysautonomia within about 5-10 minutes! There are days when they cant get out of bed, & these FastChews make it happen. They are a HUGE blessing! We keep some in our kitchen, next to our teens bed, & in her purse... along with a couple tubes of powdered electrolytes & some salt capsules. They taste good too :)! We WILL purchase them again!

> 24 hourI have been using these for the past year for when Im racing motorcycles. I have a 17lb leather suit when I race and when it’s hot and humid outside I pop 2 of the tablets before I go out and it makes a huge difference on my performance levels. I will ALWAYS have these with me when I’m riding

> 24 hourWhile I don’t have any preexisting medical conditions, I am a healthcare professional. Having to wear a Tyvek suit (or similar) while rounding on patients will dehydrate you QUICKLY—even while wearing an ice vest underneath! I can’t believe how much these have saved my bacon. Taking these with water rehydrates me quickly and keeps me well hydrated without hyping me up on too much sugar. Not to mention how economical they are compared to buying sport drinks or electrolyte-enhanced water. I bring these with a Brita water bottle and I’m set! 2 helpful tips, though: 1) This is not candy. These are powerful supplements. If you take more than what you need or if they are not needed, you will more than likely feel like kitty litter for awhile. Also, this supplement is not for everyone. If you don’t feel right taking these or are not sure, by all means ask your primary healthcare provider. Or if you’re taking medications and you’re unsure of any potential reactions with said medications, ask a pharmacist. 2) If you don’t like the texture when you chew these, hold it in your mouth while drinking water. Then chew with water or just let it dissolve as you drink. I find it a lot more pleasant to do so sometimes. I’ll never be clocking in without these tablets again. They’re a life-saver!

> 24 hourI am in LOVE with the fastchews. This particular flavor is my favorite as it isnt overwhelming and honestly was quite pleasant to use on really hot days. I am an avid hiker and used this product while thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail and the Foothills trail. I needed consistent help when it came to regulating my electrolytes. I was having regular bouts of feeling lightheaded, sluggish, and a few times nearly ready to faint from temperature swings causing me to sweat too much too quickly. When you are on a thru-hike this can happen quickly and you need to take immediate action. I keep a small amount of the fastchews in my hip pocket of my pack where I can access them easily when needed without even taking my pack off. I needed to get in a better habit of consistently nurturing my body rather than running it ragged until I was in a troubled state. The fastchews are a bit more pleasant for me to use than the pill version while continuing to move, and they are just so easy and desirable because of the flavors.
