I have been buying Sunbeam heat pads for over 25 years and they only last 6-9 month. They would scrunch up and never return to their original form, so uncomfortable. I decided to try the Pure Enrichment Pure Relief XL Heating Pad. I have owned one for 7 months using it daily for most of the day. It is so soft and comfortable and heats beautifully. It doesnt scrunch up! Unfortunately, it stopped working. It has a 5 year warranty. I called their customer service number and a wonderful young man named Michael took my information and much to my surprise is sending me a brand new one. No strings attached. That is the best customer service, hands down that I have ever had! I have decided to buy a second one for my husband to use. Great product! Great customer service!

This heating pad is amazing. Ive only been using it consistently for a couple of weeks, but it does wonders in helping me deal with chronic pain. So much so, that I havent had the need to take pain medicine like I used to. I am so grateful for this product! There are 6 levels of heat. I usually start at 3 or 4 and increase as needed. I do put this directly on my skin, even at the highest temperature. My skin gets a little pink, but nothing serious. And because I use this on my abdomen, I have to fold it in half to fit properly, but it still works like a charm! The main thing Im dreading is washing it. I almost wish that the main heating element was plastic and that the fabric was removable, like maybe having snaps on the side to remove it. Also, it would be nice if it had a car adapter so I could use it on the go. Other than that, fabulous design!

I needed this heating pad like yesterday. Ordered it and requested same day delivery. Got it! The pad gets hot! Fast! It also stays hot as long as you need it or you can set it to a timer. The size of the pad is also a plus because it covers my entire back and stomach. I have multiple heating pads and most gets stolen by family members but not this one. I’m hiding because I love it.

Bought in early March, 2023 and needed it for a newly sore lower back. It was wonderful until it displayed an F letter and ceased to function. 3 months from purchase date? Unacceptable. I was contacted by CUSTOMER SERVICE. My non-functioning heating pad issue was explained and several possible solutions were proposed, but none worked. Within 3 days of this conversation, a new replacement pad was delivered! This is the MOST AMAZING COMPANY SUPPORT...Ive ever experienced. Yes, Im 74 years young and very impressed. Would buy again.

I received my Amazon order of the PureRelief XL Heating Pad 2 days ago. It is wonderful! It is well made and the control unit is high quality. Previously I had been using a hot/cold gel pack for heated back relief but it was always either in the freezer when I needed to heat it or room temperature when I needed it cold. With the PureRelief heating pad I can have relief for my aching back (or whatever) on demand by plugging it in and setting the temperature. The temperature stays consistent unlike the gel pack that cools and needs to be reheated in the microwave. The handy storage bag is nice to keep the heating pad clean, too. With summer yard and garden work upon us Im sure I will be using the heating pad often to relieve my aging and aching muscles! Since I still like using cold gel packs for arthritis in my knee I am looking forward to the free hot/cold gel pack as promised on the flyer in the box.

I have had this heating pad for 4 years and it has been wonderful for my aches and pains. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my joints get very sore. The heating pad really helps the pain. I am glad I purchased it. As a matter of fact I ordered two of them to have one at both of our homes. It has been great.

Great for neck and back surgeries. Keeps hot and warm. Auto shut off after 2 hours or can stay on. Last a long time. Mine was used daily and lasted over a year. Update: my pad unexpectedly went bad. I contacted the company, within 1 day they are sending me a free replacement and I dont even have to ship back the defective product. Awesome customer service.

Love the heat pad. It failed. I was sad. I emailed the pure enrichment folks. With just two emails, I had a new heat pad on its way. Got it the next day. A whole lot of other companies should take note of how PE treats their customers. Now I need to think about where else I could use a heat pad and order another!

I have been using the PureRelief XL Heating Pad for about a month now and my experience has been really good so far. The heating pad is lightweight and warms up quickly. I tested all of the settings and they seem just right--even the highest level. However, sometimes it does feel as if the temperature becomes weaker about 20 minutes into use on the higher settings, but that could just be me. When I first began using it, I did have a strong new/fresh product smell, especially when heated, but it did go away after a while. I appreciate the fact that this heating pad has the option to disable the auto-off function. It gives me the opportunity to keep it turned on when Im using it just to stay warm on a cold day, or have it automatically shut off when I need it while falling asleep. I also really like the storage bag that came with it, which allows me to keep everything neat and put together when Im not using it. The cord is nice and long, which lets me use it just about wherever I want. Overall, I am satisfied with this product

Ive had the Pure Relief XL heating pad for almost 5 years now. Its done a great job easing my aching muscles after grueling workouts. My mother uses it for her arthritis and it helps ease her pain. Unfortunately, I got the dreaded blinking F on the controller. I gave customer service a call and since its withing the 5 year warranty period they are replacing the unit for free. I couldnt be more happy with their customer service. Great company.
