Loved this heating pad. Cover is super soft and provided even warming. I I gave it four stars instead of five because a year and three months after I bought it something to go wrong with the electrical, but I do have to say that the customer service and warranty made me give this a positive review. This was truly a no hassle replacement.

We purchased our PureRelief XL Heating Pad yesterday morning and it arrived on the same day (thank you Amazon). It was a huge blessing to my husband, who has been dealing with back pain this week. I love the long cord and easy to read temperature control. The heating pad itself is so soft and cushy - very comforting! I am tempted to buy a second one just for myself! I love the softness of the fabric and the easy settings for temperature. I have had one for several years and it still works and feels like brand new. I bought a second one because my spouse needs one too.

I decided to give it a try although I didnt need it just then, but recently used it and raved about it to my son, who is borrowing mine today, but also ordering yours. This is my second one. I do like it. Sad part is it was a Father’s Day gift and it was left on my front porch with no wrapping or box. My husband found the gift. No surprise for him. Otherwise the product was worth buying again.

I recently purchased the Pure Enrichment® PureRelief™ XL Heating Pad. I used to have another heating pad and was looking for another one to replace it. I use a heating pad for my Chrons and cramps. After testing both heating pads, I found the PureRelief Heating Pad heated up quicker and was a lot warmer than my previous one. I also like that the cover does not shift or come off and the cord is detachable.

It has work since I plugged it in from the first time I tried plugged it in several different places and still nothing will never recommend this brand or product to anyone else

This is our 2nd heating pad from this company as the first one finally died after many years of use. It was too perfect that we need to purchase the same product again. It is great for back pains, cramps, a long day of work, and many more occasions and uses. I can see us purchasing this product for years to come and have recommended it to many others already.

I received my Amazon order of the PureRelief XL Heating Pad 2 days ago. It is wonderful! It is well made and the control unit is high quality. Previously I had been using a hot/cold gel pack for heated back relief but it was always either in the freezer when I needed to heat it or room temperature when I needed it cold. With the PureRelief heating pad I can have relief for my aching back (or whatever) on demand by plugging it in and setting the temperature. The temperature stays consistent unlike the gel pack that cools and needs to be reheated in the microwave. The handy storage bag is nice to keep the heating pad clean, too. With summer yard and garden work upon us Im sure I will be using the heating pad often to relieve my aging and aching muscles! Since I still like using cold gel packs for arthritis in my knee I am looking forward to the free hot/cold gel pack as promised on the flyer in the box.

This is my third purchase of an Pure Enrichment® PureRelief™ XL Heating Pad. I had one for 10 years and used it very often - it finally died. I had no hesitation in buying a replacement. I was home for Xmas and saw the awful/cheap/hardly had any heat output heating pad that my mother was using, I promptly ordered one for her and threw hers in the trash. This pad is efficient, quite plush, and has long cord. You will not be sorry for this purchase.
