Bought in early March, 2023 and needed it for a newly sore lower back. It was wonderful until it displayed an F letter and ceased to function. 3 months from purchase date? Unacceptable. I was contacted by CUSTOMER SERVICE. My non-functioning heating pad issue was explained and several possible solutions were proposed, but none worked. Within 3 days of this conversation, a new replacement pad was delivered! This is the MOST AMAZING COMPANY SUPPORT...Ive ever experienced. Yes, Im 74 years young and very impressed. Would buy again.

I love this heating pad. It always works well and relieves all my aches and pains starting from my back to my legs. You wont be disappointed with this cozy and soft heating pad. Pure Enrichment heating pad will give you the relief you are looking for. DM

Ive ordered 3 of these. My only critique is sometimes the amount of heat is unpredictable. Sometimes 1 is hot and sometimes I have to turn it up to 4 or 5 to get it to feel hot enough for me. But it always gets there one way or another. I use it on my back all night every night for years and it hasnt given up. It also doesnt get all messesd up and crinkled like the ones with the pillowcase-like cover and plastic underneath. Very even heat across the whole pad. I wont ever buy one of those ones that get all crinkled up again. This is super flexible too! Feels like fabric wrapping around a leg or arm.

I have purchased multiple heating pads from this company. My family collectively use them so much that one has broken, but with the warranty on the product we got a replacement. I’ll say I hate having to have items replaced because we almost always have a ridiculously difficult time with the process. But when I finally needed to bite the bullet they were freaking amazing!! I literally called and gave my order number plus basic shipping info and we were done. I even received my free replacement just days later and didn’t have to return the faulty product. I highly recommend this company/product!

Received the product the next day of I ordered it and started using it right away. I loved it so much, everything and all features worked as expected, especially the material used by the pad and the carry bag, very comfortable and conveninet. Hghligh recommended.

I liked the product, but honestly I had an expectation that my PureRelief XL Heating Pad was going to emit more heat, but then I realized that if that were the case my skin could burn and suffer damage in times of prolonged use. I just wish there was a more practical way to press the PureRelief against my belly when I have period pain. Otherwise I am happy with the product.

I brought this as a Valentines gift for my partner who has had several surgeries on his back. He loves this heating pad as he has tried so many different heating pads and he likes this one the best. Heating levels are great and you can set it to stay on or shut off after some time. I also use it for when Im having menstrual cramps and back pain and it does wonders. Perfect for sharing with your partner.

I have owned many heating pads over the years but this one is by far the best. I love the extra long size and the different levels of heat. It also has a setting to shut off automatically. But what really sets this brand aside is the customer service. It has a 5 year warranty and they stand by it. I have owned two since 2021. When the first one stopped working, after a year and a half, I bought a new one. When the second one stopped working after less than a year, I emailed customer service with my receipts from Amazon and they sent me two new heating pads within a few days. I really only expected one so I was pleasantly surprised! I gifted one to my daughter so she would stop stealing mine! This is the only heating pad I will ever own.

This heating pad is perfect for me. I highly recommend to anyone who needs heat relief. This is not my first purchase. I use my Pure Enrichment heating pad everyday. I have back issues & this is one of the most comforting products I have found to assist me. I like how it has a 2 hour shut off & a stay on option.
