My whole family has enjoyed this particular heating pad. Actually, I received my third one today, not because I had prior issues, but because my daughter liked my first one so much that I gave it to her. Then my son used my second one so much that I let him have that one. So I needed to order a third one! Were an active family, heavy into fitness and now and then our muscles need a little TLC. This fabulous pad does the trick every time. Its well sized and super comfortable. We all view it as a necessary home appliance. Thanks so much for your great product.

I recently purchased the Pure Enrichment® PureRelief™ XL Heating Pad. I used to have another heating pad and was looking for another one to replace it. I use a heating pad for my Chrons and cramps. After testing both heating pads, I found the PureRelief Heating Pad heated up quicker and was a lot warmer than my previous one. I also like that the cover does not shift or come off and the cord is detachable.

This was actually the second PureRelief XL Heating Pad we have bought. They are larger than the other heating pads we had in the past and they are more comfortable to use. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a heating pad. This checks all the boxes and even has an auto shut-off feature!

I liked the product, but honestly I had an expectation that my PureRelief XL Heating Pad was going to emit more heat, but then I realized that if that were the case my skin could burn and suffer damage in times of prolonged use. I just wish there was a more practical way to press the PureRelief against my belly when I have period pain. Otherwise I am happy with the product.

I have been through 3 back surgeries over the past 3-1/2 years and I searched through Amazon for a heating pad because the old one I had which was long overdue but I’ve been unable to work because of my back pain and I needed to get something I could afford without sacrificing quality and having to return it and begin the search process again. It’s a big step up from what I was using previously and the softness of the material is probably the best aspect but I like the hand control and the ability to have it turn off automatically after 2 hours or leave on. It’s big enough to cover my entire back and I’ve used it on my legs too. It’s a modern benefit and dilemma that one can search Amazon for a product and be overwhelmed with so many selections which all seem to be very similar and differentiating is like rolling dice but I obviously am more than satisfied and thankful I ordered from Pure Enrichment.

Received the product the next day of I ordered it and started using it right away. I loved it so much, everything and all features worked as expected, especially the material used by the pad and the carry bag, very comfortable and conveninet. Hghligh recommended.

I do a lot of lifting and bending for over 12 hours a day and the older I get, the more it affects me. I upgraded from the old blue Sunbeam heating pad that barely got warm to this.. and let me tell you, I was missing out on a whole level of amazingness I never knew existed until now. I use this thing every single night and look forward to it so much as the end of the day comes closer. This heating pad gets hot quick and stays hot, whereas the Sunbeam got kind of warm and then just gave up. This thing gets hot enough to actually penetrate into my joints and muscles and relieve the pain, but doesnt burn or hurt my skin at all (however Ive been told that I like my showers hot enough to burn the skin off a face.) The auto shut off is a bonus - with that being a feature, Im often tempted to bring this thing into bed with me at night. The long length makes it so the heating pad goes all the way from the bottom of my spine all the way up my neck which is perfection. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this one!

I absolutely love this product! I use it multiple times a week if not everyday for back pain. The material and feel of the product is so comfortable and the 6 settings are perfect! I was receiving an error and the product stopped working, but I remembered that there is a 5 year warranty from the company so I contacted them. I got to talk with a representative right away who immediately helped me with my problem and is sending me a replacement item. Quick and easy process! Highly recommend!

This is my second one. I do like it. Sad part is it was a Father’s Day gift and it was left on my front porch with no wrapping or box. My husband found the gift. No surprise for him. Otherwise the product was worth buying again.

I have ordered this product for myself and also my two sons. I have also told over 20 people to get this product as well. It lasts a long long time. And, its big enough to wrap around my neck, my thighs, my shins anything that needs attention. I did purchase a roll of velcro to use to secure it on tight. The product did die a year and a half post-purchase and I mentioned this to customer service. An F light came on. They replaced the product for me for free. Im very impressed.
