Greater than one weekFor the price it is the best one, 4k HDR input . It does take a lot of calibration to have best picture. Only annoying thing . Is auto color mode does not work. When in HDR you need to manually change colors space to 16-235. 0-255 is for non HDR content . Nice throw for smaller rooms . Around 9 feet for 120” screen

> 3 dayDont buy Optoma Products. Bad components. Main board went out every 9 months with very little use of the product. First time covered by warranty but then costs as much as projector after first time.

> 3 dayOverall Im very satisfied with the picture quality, brightness, color, sharpness, and fast refresh rate of this projector. Price wise this is a mid range projector using older DLP technology. The contrast between black and white is not going to compare to a projector that cost 3 to 4 times as much as this. Good Price Quite Built in speaker Bright Bad Poor black and white contrast Poor sound quality Runs hot Im really happy with the projector so far and would buy it again and recommend it to others.

> 3 dayHave used this projector for less than 100 hours total and already the connections are all shot. The projector no longer detects any device that is plugged into it--just endlessly says searching for source to no avail. Projector was great for the few months it worked but definitely not worth the money for only 90 hrs of total usage...HUGGGE disappointment. DO NOT BUY.

Greater than one weekIt was a great projector for the 37 days it lasted. The bulb blew out in the middle of a game. It’s rated for 10,000 hrs I think. We haven’t even had it for anywhere near that long. Contacted Amazon support and they won’t do anything because it’s 7 days outside the return window. $800 for 37 days of use, and now we have to deal with the hassle of a manufacturer warranty claim. My advice to all of you, pick another brand that is more durable, and buy from a local shop that will stand behind their products with good service. Wish we had done that.

> 3 daySo I had a cheap Wimius projector I got for like $200. When I turned this projector on, it completely made the Wimius projectors picture disappear, thats how bright it is. This is True 4000 Ansi Lumens it is BRIGHT. The colors are vivid and beautiful. Its well worth the money. I also saw in the reviews the audio isnt good. I leave my volume on 1, its more than enough for a bedroom or living room. Anything more than 1 is kinda too loud for me. Obviously there are better prjectors out there in the $1000+ range but this projector will blow your mind if youre new to projectors. It looks just as good as my 4k 240hz UHD Samsung TV. Only complaint is, it get HOT. Almost too hot to touch. But that can be expected since its a damn light cannon!

> 3 dayThe first time the projector was turned on it produced these vertical lines internally. It could be affected by the housing. I noticed when I was pushing the buttons on the top surface to adjust the screen the lines would start to disappear when pressing a button. Pressing down the top surface made the lines go away, something’s the lines would stay away for an extended period of time. The lines always returned. Additionally the projector lens seemed to slide out of focus, ever so slightly, to where the picture was just out of focus and slightly blurry. I had to adjust focus about three times during the length of the very first movie we tried using it on. I was excited about the product but my nervousness with projectors in general was only validated using such an expensive one and having similar issues to a cheaper one.
