This switch is performing like a champ

The device was a simple plug and play. No programing needed.

Appears to work as described. My router only has 4 ports, but I needed 5. This switch will allow for future growth for any wired devices. While not a deal breaker the listed mounting kit was not included with my 8 port switch.

I didnt want to believe all the talk of netgear switches being unreliable...so I bought this switch because the price was attractive. But I deeply regret my purchase now. Its been less than 2 months and the switch just died. No connection to any ethernet port...without any ethernet cable plugged into the switch, the link lights stay on at random, which indicates that its stuck in some sort of weird fault condition...and there is absolutely no way to reset it (no reset button). In this time when people are working from home, you need reliability in your networking products and netgear has proven to be trash.
