The USA power adapter has wrong plug-in pins and is incompatible with AUS/NZ power sockets. This adapter is actually illegal in Australia.

Overall Netgear products continue to win my business because all of them performance as expected and I have yet to have any of them fail. Why take a chance with some of the other brands.

I replaced my old Prosafe netgear switch with this 1GBs switch. I got the faster speed that I am looking for. Since I do not need additional network security, this new 8-port switch is perfect. I should have bought in sooner.
