I love this switch. It simply just works. The only thing that I am not fond of is that the power cord does not come out of the same side as the ports.

I purchased in mid-June and were now at the beginning of August and its not working. The lights are flashing green, but no connection. When I unplug it and plug it back in, it works for a couple of minutes, and then nothing.

I have used Netgear products forever and they have never failed me. In fact they have exceeded all of my expectations in every application. They R&D their products probably more than any competitor. I will always use Netgear and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality products with no issues and at a very good price.

Easy installation and reliability especially for its price point.

Plugged up, logged in and got going straight away. Easy to use regardless of skill level.

Worked great for 4 months, then out of nowhere all speeds dropped to about 15 Mbps. I tested my network extensively to ensure the switch was the cause and not a bad cable or ISP problem. Thought I’d try to unplug the switch to see if that remedied the problem, and when I plugged it back in it was completely shot. Power light came on but no activity on any port.

This is one of the best ethernet switch products out there.
