Nature Made Vitamin B12 500 mcg, Dietary Supplement for Energy Metabolism Support, 200 Tablets, 200 Day Supply

First, Ive always been very happy with the Nature Made brand. I think they do an excellent job of maintaining quality and their prices are usually among the best (although Now Foods beats them on some supplements). As far as this B-12 supplement goes, I started taking it because I was having debilitating lethargy that plagued me nearly every day. By 5:00 pm, I was worn out completely, even on low stress days. I was also having problems with my moods, to the point where I was almost considering antidepressants. I started taking a mixture of supplements, among which is this B-12 every morning, and after a month I am noticing an enormous difference. I feel so much better and so much more energy, which then enables me to be active and to spend more time cooking (thus cooking healthier meals), and that, in turn, makes me feel even better.

The pill is not meant to be a chewable, but the darn thing melts quickly in your mouth so good luck not gagging. I was told I am to swallow it like a normal pill, but these are not normal as they are zero coating on them. Makes me wonder if these are like others I have had in the past where you let it dissolve under your tongue.

I have diabetic nervopaty and these vitamines really help me reduce the problem, glad I found them. A plus is that you do not have the smell or taste of vitamines!

This is good quality and from a reputable brand. So far so good.

These are great I definitely recommend if youre looking for a B12 vitamin in your daily routine.

No soy which is good for me.

Need B12 per blood test results. Hard to find these 500 mcg tabs in stores. Most in store are 1,000 mcg or more. Wish Nature Made had 250 mcg size or smaller as 500 is already 20,833% daily value. Why do we need so much more than the recommended daily value?

Reliable product.

I don’t recommend this brand as I’m now more educated on we’re to get my vitamins but this didn’t really do much for ME. I needed them for energy but was left still drowsy. But this is just my experience everyone’s body is different so definitely try these to see if they work for you!

Just one tablet a day has helped me with my nerve pain in my hands.
