I really do not know how to evaluate Nature Made other than by their reputation and the folks that have recommended Nature Made to me.

I have diabetic nervopaty and these vitamines really help me reduce the problem, glad I found them. A plus is that you do not have the smell or taste of vitamines!

I can only say nice things about this particular bottle of Nature Made vitamins, this vitamin B12 pills are kind of rough.

No soy which is good for me.

After getting blood labs done after seeing a doctor, I discovered I needed a lot more B12 in my diet, so I started taking these daily. When I returned to get my blood tested again, my doctor said my levels were now perfect, and she advised to continue taking these vitamins. Very happy with this product!

If you are over age 50 (like me) you probably have a b12 deficiency. Take one of these a day to correct this. B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins. In other words, they can dissolve in water – so excess B vitamins your body doesnt use are washed out through urination.
