Nature Made Vitamin B12 500 mcg, Dietary Supplement for Energy Metabolism Support, 200 Tablets, 200 Day Supply

I dont know why but as you age you need extra vitamin B12 since this doesnt seem to be filled by any foods that I normally eat. So I get this supplement and take one pill a day and my blood tests show that this works. Two of these bottles last me for more than a entire year. Too much B12 can be bad for you and I find that this 500mg dose is just fine (for me at least).

Just the right amount for me!

Ive been taking B12 shots annually for the past 9-10yrs to boost up my levels. But ever since I started taking these tablets, I have never felt the debility I felt before. I am also past my due date for the annual shots this year ... coz I have no symptoms!! Moreover, my growing symptoms of sciatica have disappeared too!! This product is a blessing. One a day for sure.
