If you are over age 50 (like me) you probably have a b12 deficiency. Take one of these a day to correct this. B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins. In other words, they can dissolve in water – so excess B vitamins your body doesnt use are washed out through urination.

I take 2 pills a day and after 4 weeks my nails are stronger and my hair is thickening. I tried a skin, nail and hair gummy and did not any improvement. This works so much better. Will continue to use.

These are fine but I prefer the sublingual melt that I usually take. Will probably not buy these again but they are ok.

We trust Nature Made so when B12 was needed we turned again to the company we trust.
