My Endocrinologist had advised that I needed to start taking a vitamin supplement after they had run labs on me. It was found that my Vitamin B12 level was a bit below normal. Im in my mid-years, and I used to be a very active person outside. But, as my life has changed over the years, I find myself spending more time inside now. As being as such, it wasn’t surprising to learn that some of my Vitamin levels had begun to suffer. As directed by my doctor, I started taking one vitamin b12 supplement daily — Nature Made Vitamin B12 tablets. After only about a month, low and behold, I was starting to feel better than I had in a really long time. I stated to have more energy, I wasnt falling asleep during the day anymore, and I was able to do my daily exercises with a bit more ease. My doctor ran those exact same labs again after I had taken almost the full bottle, my level was much higher than before. I was told its going to take a while to get things back to normal, but I can definitely tell its working. Nature Made Vitamin B12 supplement seems to be offered at a similar price as most others on the market. As being as such, this important vitamin is extremely affordable, so it’s easy on your pocket financially as well. Always ask your doctor before deciding to start or stop a vitamin supplement regimen. Listening to my doctors about needing to take specific vitamin supplements has really turned my life around.

Dr. recommended taking B12 vitamin as my level was low. Next blood test showed huge improvement so I know this brand works.

The pill is not meant to be a chewable, but the darn thing melts quickly in your mouth so good luck not gagging. I was told I am to swallow it like a normal pill, but these are not normal as they are zero coating on them. Makes me wonder if these are like others I have had in the past where you let it dissolve under your tongue.

I really wish I could/would read. I am supposed to take 2,500 Mcg tablets. I thought these were 5,000 Mcg. My bad. I bought these, was taking FIVE a day until I got to my drug store and got the correct dosage. My husband is now taking the rest. I love Nature Made vitamins, and believe me, I take a lot of them for various reasons (all the vitamins I take have actually been prescribed for me, or I wouldnt take so many). Check with your doctor to see if you need more than what you get in a multivitamin. If so, these are excellent.

There is no flavor, you swallow it, its not a chewable. It works just fine.

I can only say nice things about this particular bottle of Nature Made vitamins, this vitamin B12 pills are kind of rough.
